Regus - ALEXANDRIA, Kamarayet Roushdy excellent service
I rated the office highly because it is professional, clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and good facilities.
I would especially like to recognise Eman Khamis for her excellent support. She is consistently professional, friendly, responsive and helpful, and she always makes a genuine effort to resolve any issues efficiently.
The main drawback is the cost, which I feel is quite high, especially when additional fees are included. Greater pricing transparency and flexibility would improve the overall experience.
Overall, I remain very satisfied with the office and particularly appreciate the high standard of service provided by Eman.
