I enjoy going to Cancun Mexico. My stay at Fiesta Express Inn was great. I love how I was near restaurants and Walmart it was very convenient.

Room was great and resort was beautiful. People were so friendly and it was easy to book. Limited availability but was easily able to find a date.

Accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant. Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité avec des produits régionaux.
Bien desservi par les transports en commun.
Un rafraîchissement des salles de bain, de la façade de l'hôtel serait à prévoir.
Un ménage plus approfondie serait un plus.

I won the vacation to Punta Cana after making a hotel booking for my girls retreat but the dates available aren't matching up and I am starting graduate school soon and will be away from this region for the redemption period.

I got help with all the details of what the vacation entailed and clarity about all the charges and fees upfront. I felt very knowledgeable and I'm so sad it didn't pan out for me this time.

Looking forward to booking with Redeem vacations in the near future.

Very misleading and the available vacation hotels/types/resorts offered was not as described, will have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. Terrible !!

Super easy to book through Redeem Vacations. I was Leary at first but when I got to the hotel in Las Vegas they had my reservation and there were no troubles! Will use them next year for my Nashville trip!

I used this service to book a hotel stay in Nashville, and overall my experience was just okay.

The booking process was easy to use, and their customer service was responsive and quick to answer any questions, which I really appreciated.

The hotel itself was decent, but definitely older and in need of some updates. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, which was a plus.

However, I was surprised to be charged an additional $27 per night at check-in because I booked through this service. That fee was not clearly communicated ahead of time, which was frustrating.

Another downside was the limited selection. There were only about three hotel options available in Nashville, and none of them were great choices.

Overall, while the service was easy to use and had good communication, the hidden fees and limited hotel options made it feel like it wasn’t the best value.

I was given the ability to purchase a reduced hotel stay from specific locations around the globe through RedeemVacations.com as part of a bonus for something I bought from another company. I wasn't sure if it was legitimate or not, but I tried it anyway and followed the instructions exactly as stated. It worked, and I was able to find a few hotels available in Venice during spring break. The hotel service was excellent, especially at the brunch offered (they remembered our orders from the first day and ordered them right away once we walked in). We had to pay the daily city tax and for the brunch when we checked out. It was a fabulous price, all thanks to Redeem Vacations!

Redeem Vacations is legit! Hotel was nice and right off the strip. Look at the hotels offered and see which would be more convenient for you and EXPECT TO PAY THE RESORT FEES! Some hotels charge more than others. I experienced an easy check in and out! No presentations to sit through. Just go and enjoy. Will definitely use again.

Customer service responds pretty quickly via chat; emails are responded to in a decent time. Room for my first voucher in metro Chicago was pretty nice. Not directly in the city but on the outskirts. I liked the location and the room was pretty decent at an awesome hotel that had a restaurant and a bar in the lobby. I actually returned to that same hotel for a different occasion.

Ho vinto un hotel per una destinazione ed io ho scelto Amsterdam.
L’hotel era molto pulito, comodo e bello. Letto favoloso.

Xo hotel Infinity lo consiglio! Poi in 20 minuti sei in centro, mezzi comodi tutti lì davanti. Lì c’è tutto quello che ti serve come supermercato, ristoranti ecc
