I was contacted via LinkedIn for a new opportunity. Although the job description provided was fairly vague, my technical background gave me a good sense of what the role would likely involve. With a mixture of curiosity and confidence in my skills, I thought, 'Yeah, sure,' booked a call, and it immediately became the best decision I've made in the past three months.

Smooth and transparent
Very positive experience with RBT so far! Denis made my process very smooth, communication was spotless and feedback loops very quick. I was provided with all the background info before jumping into the interviews, alongside with personal point of view and some tips. My recruiter at RedBeard reached out at our scheduled time and didn’t hassle me about being late or using a different method of communication, or anything else for that matter. My typical experience with recruiters has been 90% negative due to being rushed, being made to jump through hoops for roles that don’t ultimately suit me, and a general pattern of unnecessary secrecy that benefits the recruiter and the client, but not me. All of this was different with RedBeard. Our conversation proceeded with mutual interest and respect, and my recruiter ensured neither of us wasted time by asking me the fundamental questions of whether I have the ability and desire to pursue the position. Unexpectedly, I even gained a great deal of specialized insight into the landscape of my industry that will be invaluable to me going forward. Regardless of whether I get this job, I am so grateful for what I learned during our conversation. I recently interviewed with RBT and was impressed with the experience. I am also a recruiter, and pride myself in high touch, personalized candidate experiences, and that's precisely what I've gotten so far in this process. It's refreshing since that is not the case across the board these days.
