I wasnt actively looking for my next career move, but after my ex colleague mentioned my name to Richard and sent across my CV I knew from our initial phone call this could be a great opportunity and working relationship. Straight away , he made me feel at ease highlighted my key skills against the role and made the necessary tweaks needed to the employer to make me stand out!
