3rd time i have used Phil - Recoveroo, not the cheapest but provides a good + professional service, in my case at pretty short notice. So overall proper service, equipment and with a competent team, so yes i'm happy with service i received each time, so i would definitely recommend them, as you might find someone who reckons they do the job for shekels who then wants to bump the price when they realise they have bitten off more than they can chew!

What a horrendous company. Video tapped the whole situation of me breaking down, then had the nerve to post the video on instagram and Facebook without my consent. On top of that my number plate was in the video. What happened to GDPR?

As a lady I value my privacy and my children’s privacy, they were in the car already traumatised from the situation but you had the audacity to record us.

Phillzin drives around looking for vulnerable women and girls who have broken down.

He films them without their knowledge or consent while offering his recovery services.

He then uploads these videos on social media.

I would like to say this is one of the best companies I have had the pleasure to work with as they were fast and reliable with great customer service.

Rude unsatisfactory service

Used Recoveroo to transport my car to my mechanic and honestly couldn’t fault them.

Super professional from start to finish, really friendly team, and the tracking made it easy to keep an eye on everything which gave me peace of mind. They also made it really simple to coordinate with my mechanic on the other end, so the handover was completely smooth.

If you need vehicle transport, I’d definitely recommend them, reliable, efficient, and just easy to deal with.

Brilliant service from start to finish! Collection of new car in Manchester delivered to Croydon on flat bed ! Driver was very polite and staff kept me posted on journey time and delivery

From my initial phone call to the completion of the job, Phil at Recoveroo was excellent. He is professional, polite, experienced and knowledgeable - he gave us some great advice about the damage to our car. Price wise, it was cheaper than all the other quotes. Phil was flexible on the day, helpful and very friendly. It was a pleasure meeting him and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his company if you need to have your car towed.
