Note - your original letter sending me the form to fill in, did not state an address of where to send the submission - Not helpful .
Generally Reassure comes across as difficult to contact and unhelpful unproactive in keeping a customer aware of progress on a matter. Please rethink how you relate to customers , to our benefit and to yours. Be more visible , accessible, less ivory tower.

Unbelievably bad service!! I have been trying to withdraw my pension from this company for over 3 months. I call them every week and get nothing but a run around. They do not contact me and tell me one thing to revers it weeks later. I am now going to seek legal advice as I think they are criminally withholding my money. Beware!!!!!
I now find on Trustpilot that ReAssure have said they have contacted me! This is not true!!!
I called again today 23rd June 26 to be put on hold AGAIN !!! For 20 minutes + To then get the response that they couldn’t get in touch with anyone that knew anything, but they would get back to me before 5.30pm. No Surprise. No Contact Back. THIS COMPANY IS CRIMINAL AND I ENCOURAGE ANYONE WITH FUNDS THERE TO SUE. I CERTAINLY WILL BE OING SO!
I can only imagine that any positive reviews here are made by AI or paid service. SHAME ON YOU DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Have been awaiting forms for over three weeks, no response to chase emails. I have been on hold for 20 minutes and then get cut off. Of course nobody calls back. Incompetent staff that couldn't care less.

Having lost my husband recently,I have been in contact with them(twice) to ascertain how they calculated pension payment to myself. After six weeks still no reply. Paperwork from when my husband received his annuity states I should receive 50%, but by my calculation they are only paying 15%. It is very frustrating when they don't reply or explanation. It is certainly causing a lot of stress at this difficult time.
