Tracking didn't work (bounced between Parcelforce & Royal Mail). No advance notification. Delivery was dumped on the front doorstep while we were away. Left out overnight in paper/cardboard packaging that had burst open. Not very clever for a perishable food delivery!

Very good service. I have ordered from them a few times now and the quality of the foods they supply both fresh and dried is excellent. They also have a much larger variety of organic products available in their online shop than many other places.

I order regularly from Real Foods. It stocks good quality good value products that I can't get in our local shops. The wide range of ethically sourced, vegan and vegetarian ingredients is fantastic. I also appreciate the good communication from Real Foods about my order, and that they give the option of holding the order to get items that are not in stock. Great service, great food.

Whenever I’ve ordered from Real foods, they’ve sent the order out really quickly (and because the product is in glass jars), well protected. The products that I purchase are great value too.

Real Goods is fantastic! I went often to their shoppe in Edinburgh to get dried goods - beans, lentils and rice. Always a great variety and terrific quality. Now that I don’t get to Edinburgh as often, I tried their online service for first time. Same variety, quality and prompt delivery!

Reliably, excellent quality dried fruit and nuts at reasonable prices. Fast and efficient service. Products always delivered within two days of ordering.

excellent range of products - things I can't get anywhere else, especially Fair Trade goods. Threshold for free postage is good - It suits the quantity of things I normally buy each time.

After products from my order were replaced without me being asked or clearly informed before dispatch, the person who responded to my email attempted to explain that white Italian Jasmine rice is the same as long grain rice produced in Thailand.
I was also told that the change in weight — regarding the rice paper that was replaced — was due to the manufacturer, but apparently it was not considered necessary to inform me that I was paying the same price for a smaller quantity, even if it is only 10 grams.
This is a matter of principle, not money.

I've placed orders with Real Foods in Edinburgh for a few years and have always been very satisfied with the products they have available, being able to buy in bulk and also their customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

They always deliver promptly, and give immediate help with any problems. Very highly recommended.

I’ve shopped a few times from real foods .. the website works .. ordering is straightforward .. never any problems ..they sell some food items which are difficult to find elsewhere eg organically produced barley miso in glass jars.

I have purchased bergamots from Real Foods several times over the last few months. They have arrived fresh the next day after packaging and have made very tasty marmalade. No doubt I shall be buying from them again

My first order went very smoothly, not the fastest but it was delivered from Scotland to South East England! Very well packaged, care was clearly taken. I also love that Real Foods is a long-running independent shop and I've already noticed some great products that are hard to find elsewhere. I took advantage of a 'manager's special' daily discount, hopefully I can find more competitive deals in the future. Recommended.
