Scammers, stay away from these conman. Paid for wardrobe that didn’t arrive, bank now involved to claim money back 🤬

Bought wardrobe from this con company never recieved anything bank had to intervene to claim money back on credit card DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE

I am extremely disappointed with Razara Home. I ordered a wardrobe and was told it would be delivered between 22nd and 27th of September, but it never arrived. I repeatedly contacted the company to arrange delivery, only to eventually be told that an issue with their website meant that orders had not been processed.

I was promised a full refund, but several days later, I still had not received my money. When I tried to contact them again, they stopped responding, and their website now appears to be unavailable. This is completely unacceptable and has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I have now had to raise a dispute through my bank to try to recover my money. The lack of communication and failure to provide either the product or the promised refund is disgraceful. I strongly advise people to avoid ordering from Razara Home.

I had a terrible experience with this company.

I ordered a wardrobe, but my order was cancelled by the company. I was assured that my refund would be processed within a few days, but I still haven’t received a single penny.

What made the situation even worse is that they completely stopped communicating with me. They blocked me on WhatsApp and have ignored all of my emails. As a result, I had no choice but to raise a dispute with my bank, and now I have to wait up to seven weeks for the investigation to be completed before I can hopefully get my money back.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is non-existent, and the way they have handled my case has been completely unprofessional. Buy from them at your own risk.

This people are criminals, I bought 2 wardrobes on 5 Sept 2026 and paid £592.18 to be delivered between 11 and 19 Sept 2026, they haven't delivered them. On 27 Sept 2026, I told them to cancel the order and refund me, they responded that they will on 28 Sept 2026 and I will get a confirmation email. Today, 30 Sept 2026, I chase up the refund, and I that they have blocked me on WhatsApp and Disabled their website - razarahome.co.uk

I now have to figure out how to get my money back.
