Don’t go anywhere near this firm, after sales is shocking.
I had two issues with the furniture I purchased firstly a scuff on the fire pit top and they supplied some spray paint to resolve the issue, secondly the fire pit ignition system does not work. I have had the furniture for four months now and the issues are still not resolved and believe they never will be.
Thanks for none response Rattenhut.
I have made numerous phone calls and sent as many emails and got no reply.

Bad customer service. Bad products. Two and a half years down the line. Our issues with Rattan Hut started the day we were first meant to receive our sofas, they did not come and we received no communication about it. I had to call and chase and they were then delayed by another few weeks. They eventually came without the covers, it took over a year to get them. Now, 2.5 years later, we have furniture which has discoloured, has weather damage and looks awful. The covers do not work, our table is totally ruined because the cover didn’t keep water out, there is rust on the metal bits and the paint is peeling. We wish we’d never bought this furniture and never dealt with Rattan Hut. Do NOT use them, even if you ignore the service, the product issues are undeniable.

Quality product, easily assembled and looks great. Good customer service, always returned my calls to answer any questions.

made an order that was meant to inlcude a free egg chair , that never came and spent the last few months chasing it and being told will come soon .

Still not got it but got told now that cos i used a promotional discount for an offer that was on , the free item is not included . Did not mention this anywhere at all when ordering

Worst thing was them keep saying it was gonna come and have me expecting it , then after months saying it was never gonna come

The Cheltenham set is well made and good quality and was easy enough to assemble. It took a couple fo months to arrive, but we were aware that it would take time.

Anytime I called for an update the staff were very helpful

Had a terrible experience with this company. Ordered products in April that were listed as in stock. Had to cancel order end of August and ask for refund as still not delivered! Second week of October still no refund and had to pass to my credit card company under dispute. Almost 6 months since order no products no refund, Feel scammed, please avoid this company!

We are very impressed with the quality of the garden furniture, it is very easy to assemble because it is so well engineered and very good quality which is evident in the finish of the welding and paint work.
The cushions are very comfortable and appear to be very durable.
It was delivered and packaged in strong boxes ensuring that it came in pristine condition.
To summarise this garden furniture is great value for money

Wait time I thought was very long, product very good , egg chair of good quality, chairs look good quality only time will tell , cushions are comfortable , the fire pit table is great for those colder nights when you need some warmth

The furniture is of great quality and looks great. But the delivery timescales displayed on the web are misleading. Take note of the delivery timelines on the actual confirmation, especially if you want the items to be delivered in a short timescale.

Really good company to deal with; good communication, kept us up to date on the status of our order.We had a problem with one of the items we ordered and they sorted it promptly and without any hassle. The lady/ ladies on the phone are polite, welcoming and helpful.

Still waiting for a replacement egg chair.
Dreadful delays to the original order arriving, misleading advert about free chair/covers/money off. Covers ordered, but were VERY late arriving (weeks after the furniture arrived). Egg chair was not the colour ordered and they refused to exchange.
Egg chair was kept under cover for most of the time, as we have a gazebo, yet the frame rusted. They have a 5 year warranty showing on their website, yet it was not honoured. We were promised a tin of paint to repair it ourselves - even that hasn’t been sent (over 12 months later). Then, after threats of legal action, we were promised a replacement chair, which was supposed to be delivered in February 2025. Still waiting.
We had an email - in September 2o25 to say it was being delivered on September 15th. Guess what? STILL waiting.
A 25% one star rating should tell you to avoid them!
October 21st. The chair has still not arrived. Absolute joke.
Update : Nov 7th 2025.
Well, a piece of the replacement came - the wrong one. The right colour - grey. But the problem (besides the colour being not the one I’d ordered) was the frame rusting. They sent the basket part of the chair.
You couldn’t make this debacle up.

Ordered in April arrived at the end of June, worth the wait though as the furniture is really great quality

Ordered the beautiful Cheltenham outdoor 8 seater patio sofa's. Very sturdy and well made. The cushions are very comfortable with a decent amount of filling unlike ones I have had in the past. Overall very pleased with the product - Love them. However, there was a slight hiccup with my order but the lovely staff at Rattan Hut were very patient and helped sort the order and advised of different ways that I could arrange the sofa's so I could order the correct coverings for them. They arrived very quickly. Happy customer!
