We absolutely love our garden furniture. It took a really long time to get delivered but it's worth the wait.

Before I ordered I was able to chat to customer service. The furniture is very good quality and easy to assemble. It looks amazing in our new garden. We bought the Cheltenham 8 seater with fire pit table. Love the egg swing chair & covers that came free!!

The garden furniture (Cheltenham) is sturdy, cushions are comfortable and waterproof and it looks fantastic in the garden. We haven’t used the fire pit yet, but it looks lovely. The only downside is that we did not receive the covers for the furniture due to demand. Though, we’ve been informed that they will be with us in June 2026

The Cheltenham Firepit set is fantastic, we love it! We had to wait a very long time for it though so do order ahead but we were very happy with it once it did arrive.

1 star purely for customer support, I've been chasing from day 1 for 7 weeks now with emails, webchat (that doesn't work) and calls due to damaged item delivered!
They have just responded saying they'll replace after i said ill send whole lot back for refund if they don't sort, still waiting for replacement item but if anything happens within warranty i may as well bury my head in the sand.
Quick enough to take your money but cant reply or sort issues, so on this experience alone avoid as there are lots & lots of companies out there!

Starting when I ordered the furniture. Very easy to order on-line. Delivery was a bit iffy in as much it took longer than first told. Not easy to speak with anyone ,although I always had a return call same day. Now for the good bits. Was well packed , I was pleased with the quality & the assembly was easy, I haven’t put the fire pit together yet but I’m guessing it will be as easy as the furniture. Would recommend.

The Cheltenham product is lovely , all came as ordered really easy instructions and all lovely packaged. Excellent quality we’re so happy with everything including fire pit table and egg chair included in price. All contact with the Rattan hut was excellent . I would highly recommended and buy from them again .

The furniture and fire table are excellent; I can not fault them. However, delivery is problematic, with unrealistic time scales repeatedly being promised. We were aware of this from other reviews and were not in a great rush for our furniture, so were prepared for the delays. Personally, I would be upfront about the lead time. It is worth a three month wait to get furniture of this great quality and price.

When we ordered we got a confirmation e-mail with a shipping time of 7-10 working days. Arrived within the specified timeframe, easy to assemble and two great free gifts……

Overall really happy with the product. Was easy to build and good quality. Only negative is the delivery delay - was originally advised 5-7 days but took several weeks. Otherwise would recommend!

Excellent, our furniture is fantastic really great quality and great covers! Delivery was excellent and communication was constant. Highly recommend!!

Even though our colour cushions were not in by the date they said they was going to be in. They contacted us and offered us a different colour or would we mind waiting until the next date. We waited and everything came on the new date. The delivery driver was very good and got the pallet of good right up to our back gate. Very good would recommend

We are delighted with our garden furniture. It is great quality with deep, comfortable cushions & a strong frame. The seats clip together to form a number of different shaped seating options to suit any garden. The rain covers are also great quality & fit the furniture perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Ordering process was easy, and furniture delivered well with good communication from the courier. The only downside is that I would have liked slightly more communication from Rattan Hut themselves, although when I did call they did call me back with answers. The furniture itself is great quality.

The Cheltenham set with Firepit is fantastic , very sturdy and quality excellent .
the only complaint we have is the lack of communication with Ratten Hut , we were not advised the delivery wasn’t going to be made on the day we expected it ,delivered later than expected .

Wonderful experience buying from Rattan Hut. Absolutely loving my purchase and really fits in with my garden well. High quality furniture and easy to assemble.

The furniture itself is lovely, however the overall experience has been very disappointing.

I placed my order in December with an estimated delivery of end of January to early February. Once that passed, I repeatedly had to chase for updates before the sofa was delivered.

The promotional egg chair only arrived in May after several missed dispatch promises, and I am still waiting for the sofa cover. Communication has been poor throughout and I often felt forgotten about as I was constantly having to follow things up myself.

It’s a shame because the furniture quality is great, but the delivery and customer service experience has let it down.

The price and quality are very impressive and the delivery was fast. We’re in our 2nd summer and the covers were very good to protect the furniture over winter
The only thing that prevented me giving 5* is the egg chair was very delayed by months - but we got it in the end! Overall very happy to recommend
