the overall process from start to finish was great - recommendation to Ian for coming to site to support us with our issues.
we only had an issue with the contractors that were sent as they didn't seem to know what the job was and caused complications. apart from that the rapid racking team were great.

Delivery issue sorted
Delivery issue was with the courier. Sorted by the guys at Rapid Rocking, including two phone calls to let me know what was happening. Excellent response and much appreciated.
Haven't yet put up the shelves, so will update once I have.

Great service - not helped by my error!
I ordered for my client 11No boxes for delivery at her storage unit on a specific date. They were very helpful and organised for the 2 couriers to deliver on the same day (split order) HOWEVER they didn’t arrive. It soon materialised that I had inputted the wrong postcode! Amazingly they arranged for both orders to be delivered later the same day in time for my work with my client. Can’t thank them enough. :)

Brilliant Rack plus Excellent Service
I bought some rapid racking 20+ years ago and went back and saw the original racking system was still available to order. I ordered another rack and it turn up the next working day. Brilliant rack and excellent service.
