Reasonable on-line rates, but!
The Euro rate was reasonable on-line and the transaction was simple enough.
Considering that the teller retrieves the money from the office and counts the transaction in front of the customer, I can't fathom the justification for charging significantly more to a customer that just rocks up to buy currency.
If the reason is to gain contact details etc. for marketing, they only have to ask.
Considering that you have competing companies offering currency services within a few metres, I would suggest you like a number of potential customers.

Be very careful using this card. Great for payments in cafes n shops. NOT good infact a rip off using an atm. 7 euros to withdraw my own cash from a prepaid card. Disgusting
