I have been told to go online to…
I have been told to go online to purchase my dollars and euros something I have been doing with Ramsdens for the past 10 years or so. So imagine my surprise when I went to collect my Euros that the shop was offering a better rate. Tried to cancel to get the shop rate and was told there is a £10 cancellation charge. Goodby Ramsdens I'll be going elsewhere in future

Fumbled the ball but recovered well
Had to wait for my order to be made up on the day I had requested, despite leaving it later in the day to collect. That apart, the staff were lovely and dealt with me in a polite, friendly and efficient manner.

I ordered Singapore dollars and Malaysian Ringgits. It was easy to do online. It said collect Thursday morning but emailed and texted me on the Tuesday to say they were ready to collect. Excellent, easy service. Thank you.

Very nice young man served me, and even when a lady passed behind him and questioned what he was doing, he calmly explained to her, I thought she was very rude to him tbf, she didn't even look at me, by my server was lovely

The staff in the Pontypridd office were welcoming and very approachable. The process of buying my currency was easy. I have used the office before and the approach has always been the same. That's the reason I go back there.

We regularly use Ramsdens and have been happy. On this occasion we used the online link to reserve our money and then collect from our local store as it promised better exchange rates. However when we arrived to collect currency we would have had better exchange rate if we had done in st
