I ordered full kit for Xsara 5/10/25. The ordering part was very smooth so i tought this guy was trustworthy. He wanted payement up front, so i did (2500€). Confirmation was swift with promise of delivery in the comming 6 to 7 weeks. Communication after order is unexcisting, does not respond to several emails. Signed letter was returned. At this point ( almost 8 months later), i am concinved this is a scam. I would suggest a class action complaint in court to at least get money back . Does anyone want to join this official complaint? Have order parts for my Audi s1e2 parts for about 3500€. Money payd but no parts. 6 months now.

I paid on 21.11.2025 body kit Audi Ur quattro , they said it take 7-8 weeks to do the parts....now is 14.2.26 I have not received anything....but the worse thing is that they neither answer to my mail for a lot of days and disappeared totally.it is not a correct behavior....I m a gentleman driver ,15 year race rally legend, with great passion.
They are great disappointment , never again in my life I LL buy again sometingh to this people

Pagué un kit de fibra de vidrio de más de 1200 euros y sigo sin recibirlo, al reclamarle por teléfono siendo educado, este señor por llamarle de alguna manera se altera , insulta, falta al respeto y amenaza de que no me va a enviar nada. He puesto una denuncia en la guardia civil de León y otra en la OCU, espero recuperar mi dinero, sino este señor, juan Carlos roca rozas, va a tener problemas serios

I paid for a part from this company and followed all the instructions exactly. I received a payment confirmation saying the item would be shipped within the next few days — that was over six months ago.
Nothing ever arrived.

I tried calling multiple times — no one ever picks up. Emails are completely ignored.
At this point, I don’t believe the part will ever arrive. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I placed an order with RallyBodyKits (Clásicos de Rally S.L.) for a Citroën C4 WRC spoiler. After receiving an official-looking email and a PDF with payment instructions, I transferred €1200 on March 19, 2025. Since then, I have received no product, no shipment confirmation, and no response to my emails or phone calls.

I followed their instructions exactly, including sending proof of payment. I have sent multiple follow-ups to both their official and Gmail addresses, and called several times. On the rare occasion they answered, they said they don’t speak English and told me to send an email — which they then ignore.

At this point, I have reasonable suspicion this is either a scam or a company with completely unacceptable customer service and business practices. I have recorded calls and will be reporting this to Spanish consumer authorities, the European Consumer Centre, and Guardia Civil.

Avoid this company unless you want to lose your money and get zero support in return.
