I booked my trip to Europe using Expedia and the Rakuten extension and I got the cash back from Rakuten and the Expedia rewards too! What not to love close to $150 cash in my pockets!!

First of I would like to thank Rakuten for having such an amazing program with prices rising, saving money is even more important now a days.
Every little bit helps and adds up.

doesnt stand by their members at all while investigating why rewards are not obtained despite all the conditions to be fullfilled and respected , had hundreds of dollars of rewards, conditions are the same but when it end in dispute the sellers are ust stating that no they dont pay, so there is no rewards without no proof or explanations. Rakuten then get abused, they provide the service for free basically as the seller does sales for which he doest pay the royalties for ... so double loss for them and for the members, i had over 2000$ purshases that was expecting to return between 18-30 % cash back ... no wonder they didnt huh ! i would never made these purshases if i knew but the time investigation is made and dragged orders are not refundable anymore. it is a shame as it is rakuten comunity that keep them alive ...

My experience has been pretty limited as I'm located in Canada. And only online shop qualifies towards my rewards. I hope that the American Express Card will be offer to Canadians.

I use Rakuten whenever I can and they are great. Whenever I have an issue, they are quick to respond!

What’s not to like getting paid to shop! love they do automatic deposit now, no waiting for a cheque.

I try to remember to place my orders through the Rakuten site,but I sometimes forget. When I do remember , it's nice to get the email "your on the money". Other than some of the icons ate unreadable as they are in very dark backgrounds with the same color print and I don't recognize them, and therefore not sure if I would use the company.

Who doesn’t love cash back on their purchases! Payments are quarterly. There’s a good mix of stores; something for everyone.
