Your refund policy was excellent. But i was very disappointed that i would have to put an electric desk together or pay for this to be done as the desk was expensive enough.

Staff responded quickly to queries. Chair was delivered and assembled in good time. Ery happy with the chair.

Always a great service from Radius

This is the second time I’ve ordered office furniture from Radius. They are second to none in terms of fast ordering, delivery and installation. I ordered furniture on a Monday evening and it was delivered, assembled and installed by their excellent team by mid morning on Thursday. Good value and good quality too.

Good chair, straightforward purchase, great value for the money, but could use better cleaning

The Mirra arrived in good working condition without any issues. all knobs and adjustments function as expected. There are slight defects on the armrests, but it was expected.

The ordering process with Radius was decent, though not fully digital (handled via email), but payment and invoicing were hassle-free. I was able to complete the whole process in a couple of minutes (back and forth email + online payment)

Delivery took longer than I'd hoped (about 2 weeks), but the actual delivery itself was quick and efficient. The delivery guy was in and out in 5 minutes.

My main gripe is the cleaning standard. While the exterior looked fine, the chair's interior had quite a bit of dust buildup. I spent a good 30 minutes cleaning dust bunnies from various nooks and crannies. A quick blast with an air compressor before shipping would have made a big difference here.

Overall, solid purchase for the price point, but delivery time and pre-delivery cleaning process can be improved. Would still recommend for anyone looking for a quality second-hand Herman Miller.
