Great company, super efficient staff and great delivery guy

I hired Motif to manage the setup of my property in Dublin, which included small repairs such as painting, wallpapering, replacing bathroom heaters, and ordering all the furniture and appliances.

The entire process was coordinated by Lara, the project manager, who did an outstanding job. She was highly organized, professional, and proactive, keeping me updated at every stage and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Because I live in London, it was especially important that the project could be managed remotely: and Lara handled this perfectly. Communication was clear and consistent, and the work was completed on time and to a very high standard.

The result was a beautifully finished property, fully ready for rental. I would strongly recommend Motif and Lara to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality property setup and management services in Ireland.

I would like to take a moment to recognise the outstanding work of Mariusz and Danny. Once again, they have delivered and installed furniture in the Lodges with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.

Their attention to detail, respect for the space, and tidy, clean approach make a significant difference — especially from a housekeeping perspective. It's a pleasure to work alongside such reliable and dedicated individuals.

Overall experience was very good, products we were received were exactly as we expected, Delivery was prompt and professional. Was dealing with Siobhan, who I'd like to mention personally as having made everything incredibly easy. Very pleasant to deal with and handled everything in an efficient manner which I really appreciated.

I purchased a new dining table set and was assisted by Siobhan, Kevin, PJ & Darren from sale to delivery and install.
We knew that our choice was not in stock but i was in love with a particular set and a specific size, and a quality that we would have for years - so i was happy to wait. Glad i did.
The table and chairs are beautiful and exactly as described and pictured.
I appreciated the team always took initiative to keep me updated and checked in - i rarely had to reach out myself. Pj & Darren took care of the entire install - i didn't need to do a thing.
