Misleading ‘Best Rate Guarantee’ - Avoid Wasting Your Time
I booked directly with Radisson because of their advertised ‘Best Rate Guarantee’, but it’s clear this guarantee is effectively meaningless. I found a cheaper rate on Booking.com, available to anyone with a free account, yet my claim was rejected solely because it required logging in - exactly the same mechanism Radisson uses for their own member rates. Realistically, the policy is designed so that claims are almost always unsuccessful and anyone relying on it is wasting their time.
