Easy to order got my order on time would recommend to friends and family

I ordered a work light, received it and it arrived broke. I contacted customer service and told them about the problem and they sent me a new one which does work. Can’t say enough good about customer service.

I ordered candles from this store from the Temu app. My order was accepted and confirmed . After the fact they changed the order details without notification due to an error on their part. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I got an email two days after ordering that the item had shipped and got a USPS tracking number. After checking the tracking info for 7 days and seeing only that a shipping label had been generated, I emailed support for an update. I had to email support 3 times to get any action on my purchase at which point I was telling them I would be filing a fraud claim with my credit card company. Only then was I finally told, that the item was out of stock and I would be refunded. The refund took several days, but did eventually come.

I really wonder if I hadn't bothered to follow up if anything would've been done on their end and the whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth.

A reclining leather chair is hard item to be perfectly satisfied sight unseen and not being able to try it first but the chair is a good value and just getting used to it.

Despite written assurance that the shipping address on my order had been corrected per my request, you shipped the order to my home address instead of the intended recipient. Then your customer service representative, who made the correction assurance, stopped responding to me.

Ice bath was exactly as described and shipping was quick

Got a great deal on this sunshade. It is a large,one piece sunshade, but if easily folds for storage. Would buy again.

I ordered on June 7, according to USPS tracking a label was created on June 10 but no movement . I have yet to receive my orders

This review request doesn’t say which order I’m reviewing, so I’ll review my experience with the Aukey combo chargers I bought. I purchased 2 and they didn’t come with the Apple phone chargers and I emailed customer support and never heard back.

Item was broken and did not work. I emailed customer service as they do not have a phone number for a replacement or refund and they never answered or replied - sent several emails!
Will not buy from here again!!
BUYER BEWARE!

This item was junk, crap. Didn’t include the phone charger and wouldn’t charge my phone. Through in the trash after they wanted photos, etc, to return for credit. 😡
