EBike delivery was fine and assembly fairly easy. One tire had a damaged rim defect and that tube blew up when airing up at the 15lb. mark. Unacceptable for a brand new bike.

Product can't be used as charging cords…
Product can't be used as charging cords provided with Jump Starter will not go into charging port. Have requested refund several times but customer service is not being helpful. Filing complaint with Better Business Bureau.

The item (battery) arrived on time but it didn’t last as long as the old one but I don’t have time or the funds to send it back especially in this holiday season!
A lot of money for this item but I have to take the good with the bad.

All went well ... however did not send them to the correct addresses as you said you would ... You did send me forwarding label ... but had the wrong sender address on them ... hopefully they will still arrive!

Mattress corners not square
All 4 corners of the mattress did not expand all the way and are not square. All corners lower by 3" then rest of bed. I emailed customer support immediately with pics and a week later support asked me for more pics. This mattress must have been old model stored standing up for a long time. I asked for a partial refund or credit and received no response.
