It Was 5 Star ⭐️

Brilliant service, exclusive plate, numberplate transferred within 24hrs and great communication

Really good customer service from R4V. Easy to buy the plate and they had it assigned to my vehicle the same day. Great price also. Buy with confidence

Excellent service and very pleasant to deal worth!

I ordered number plates as well but was disappointed to find there were no screws/fixings supplied, although they may appear after a few days as I did contact them about this.

Would thoroughly recommend!

Helpful, speedy and very professional service which was hassle free. Good quality product backed by service. thank you

Helpful guidance from start to finish of getting my very first private number plate.

Quick, efficient and effortless

Brilliant!! Easy transition after holding it for me until I needed it. Staff very pleasant and informative.

I am extremely happy with the way that I had been dealt with for during the search for my two numberplates. Rita is the lady I dealt with and she came up trumps on every return call and every update without delay.
Rita well done you work to a very hard standard. I am now in the process of asking Rita to find two more private plates for me. Well done

Real good help... 100% recommend

Great service, Rakesh was really helpful and completed everything for me without me having to do much at all! Communication was great and he kept updated regularly. Thank you!

R4v Number plates always take care of my number plate exchange they are very quick and im always more than satisfied with the service, highly recommend. 🙂

Going by other reviews I must have been unlucky, I found them awful. After a lot of searching I found a Reg. Mark I wanted so on the 31/10/2020 I ordered and paid online, which I received confirmation and order number 11028.
I didn’t hear anything else for over a week when I realised because of the second lockdown I wouldn’t be able to get the plates made where I usually go, so I contacted them to see if I could change my order and have them make the plates, I was told that they would have to check the order and would call me back this I thought would have been the same day, I called them the next afternoon and was told they couldn’t find the order, their return call the next day didn’t happen either, so I emailed strongly to stop messing me about, five minutes later I had a call which they asked if I’d been charged, I had to check with the bank and so asked if I hadn’t is the number still available?.
It turns out I wasn’t charged even though I’d had an order confirmation, I was told the number was 3 years old, other very similar numbers disappeared off their website which I found strange. I did a check on this number and was registered to a Nissan 2 1/2 years ago.
I don’t take kindly to being messed about for the best part of two weeks, and only thankful that I didn’t have to wait further for any refund.
This is the second time I had really poor service from a company this year, customers realise that things may take longer ie some Staff working from home, but it doesn’t give the companies a ticket to act that they couldn’t care less, and communicating is an inconvenience.

Highly recommend this company ,great communication , everything done for you , just waiting for plates to arrive ,happy days.

Disappointed at having to pay an extra £42 for what is described as a fast track
no mention of this on the dvla sight
