Our trip to Thailand; was phenomenal. Everything from flights to hotel and shuttle . We had an amazing time . Marielize helped from the beginning to the end . This was our second trip with them . Our trip was well organised
Our trip was well organised. We felt pampered and could enjoy what Mauritius had to offer. From the transfers from the airport to hotel and back again, was effortless. We did not need to do a thing. The hotel stay was great. The food, the staff, facilities was impeccable. Nolene responded immediately on all my queries. Quintrip can pride themselves with having a dedicated travel consultant like Nolene. I felt safe and in good hands if I needed to contact Quintrip. It was a great unforgettable experience and I already recommended Quintrip and Nolene to my family and friends. FYI, my friends booked a trip with Nolene for early August.

Affordable, safe and amazing experience.
It was such an amazing experience. Everything was arranged and there was no confusion of where to go and what to do.
The hotel we were booked at had helpful and friendly staff but more than that it was a safe place where we could relax. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety to pick from. We were walking distance from the beach. The flights also went seamless upon check-in.
The travel agent is very professional and helpful. Got us more for our money than we bargained. The agency was also much more cost effective than the other travel agents we dealt with, we got more bang for our buck.

Great service and package deal!
We organized a holiday to Zanzibar through Quintrip with Nolene as our agent. She was quick to respond , always willing to help and easy to contact. She also followed up to check if we had got there safely which was lovely.

Excellent service delivery
We want to express our sincere appreciation to Nolene. She has excellent communication skills, as she always kept us up to date with any correspondence re our trip to Mauritius. She even phoned us on the morning of 5 May 2023, to let us know that our flight is delayed with 2 hours.
She even offered to assist us with the check in on Air Mauritius for 12 May 2023, but luckily we could manage to do it ourselves.
We can definately recommend Quintrip to our family, friends and colleagues, as we received excellent service delivery from them.

Marlize organised our gateaway to…Zanzibar
Marlize organised our gate away to Zanzibar, travelled with my son. She communicated when flights and resort were changed and the whole process of baggage and connection of flights. All was in order the driver was waiting to pick us up and the employees at the resort were so welcoming, Marlize planned for the resort to celebrate my birthday with me, a cake was baked and the waiters and waitresses sang a nice Swahili birthday song for me... really loved it.
