DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The customer service is absolutely nonexistent.
They do not answer emails/text when needing help
They only respond when they are trying to get money from you

They issued me a credit after a canceled flight, and then completely ghosted me the moment I tried to use it. Emails ignored, WhatsApp messages ignored—no response at all. It’s like customer support doesn’t exist unless they’re taking your money. Once they have it, good luck getting any help back.

We had a great experience with this company. The driver was excellent taking us around all the different tourist attractions and more. He had great English and gave us a lot of history of different parts of Paris. He was very helpful with my 90yr old mother and also my elderly sisters. This was a great way to see the sights esp with older people.
I called the company last min and told them what I wanted from start to finish they were very helpful so I highly recommend them and would use them again

Took a 12 hour tour of Champagne region November 2025. Visiting from New York. Trip arranged with "Marine." For about $1500 we were picked up at our Paris hotel and driven to Reims to visit cathedral and then a tour of Taittinger and then lunch and then driven to Epernay and vicinity to see sites and then another tour of Moet. Our driver was "Prince" who was EXCELLENT and took us wherever we wanted to go. Great driver and very pleasant. Departed at 8:00 AM and returned to our Paris hotel at 8:00 PM. Perfect. Definitely a FIVE STAR experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They helped me a lot in planning a very important day (proposal), we communicated for a good while to set everything up, and it turned out great, I’m grateful for their service.

We were picked up at Gare de Nord by Karin and a lovely lady ( who’s name escapes me) she was the guide we had a fantastic 4 hours and went to the usual big attraction but also some places that you would otherwise not have know about
The lady’s knowledge of all the history was so interesting and in-depth and the driving was so smooth despite the amount of traffic we had a wonderful day and I would recommend this company to any one there are cheaper but the service and attention to detail is worth the extra

My daughter and I, recently had the pleasure of experiencing a tour around Paris with our exceptional driver, Bruno. From the moment he arrived, I was impressed by his professionalism; he was impeccably dressed and exuded an air of luxury that made the experience feel even more special. Arriving ahead of our scheduled pickup time set the tone for a flawless day.
Stepping into the vehicle, I was greeted by a luxurious, clean, and slick interior, just as promised. Bruno also met our request for an English-speaking driver, which made communication effortless throughout our journey. He took us to some of the most iconic monuments in Paris, sharing fascinating insights into their history along the way. His passion for the city was evident and added a rich layer of enjoyment to the experience.
As we visited each landmark, Bruno was kind enough to offer to take pictures for us. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to capture the memories of our day beautifully. Climbing out of that sleek black vehicle, I felt as if I were royalty; Bruno opened and closed the doors for us with a level of service fit for a celebrity.
At the end of our tour, Bruno took us to a nearby restaurant that matched the upscale quality of his service. The aroma wafting from within was simply breathtaking. Though we didn't dine in due to our time constraints, Bruno ordered for us, and the food exceeded all expectations.
Returning to our hotel, we couldn't help but rave about the experience. We later learned from other drivers we encountered that we truly had one of the best in Bruno. His charm and expertise made all the difference. Overall, a fantastic tour that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore Paris in style!

The driver, Said, was excellent. The tour guide, Marc, rushed through everything and did not give us time to read the various explanations . In addition, he was difficult to understand. I would recommend that he slow down and allow people to read the explanations of the sights

The guide and driver got us all around Paris to see the Christmas lights and Saint Chapelle in 4 hours. The guide added the history and stories to the location. They were flexible and positive even in crowded areas! Great experience!

This was one of the best trips during my stay in France. I am very surprised that this service does not have many reviews online. But from the moment I contacted them they were very responsive and continued to share each and every detail about my itinerary. Even a change of 10 minutes was informed prior. I am very pleased that I decided to use this service. My driver Leonardo was very accommodating and patient with me throughout the trip. Most helpful!

We had a wonderful experience with My Daily Driver during a one-day trip to Champagne from Paris. Our driver, Said, was incredibly accommodating, helpful with the kids, and very pleasant. My Daily Driver was highly communicative leading up to the trip and following. We couldn’t have asked for a more well-organized day, and would certainly use them again.

Very efficient punctual and flexible. Otmane was an excellent safe driver and didn’t mind waiting around while we hopped in and out to take pictures and grab a bite to eat!

From the moment of arrival in Paris to leaving it, William was the best. Had the car from 11am to 6pm. Pick up was smooth with him waiting at Gare du Nord. Car provided was great and spacious. William managed to cover all the touristy locations, and we even had time for shopping. His driving was safe and efficient. Knowledgeable William brought us to see the sights and sounds of Paris and even brought us to a good fancy restaurant. Highly recommended to get William and better to engage this trustworthy company.
