I used Quintrip for a solo trip to Mauritius to celebrate my 30th birthday, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. Every expectation I had was not only met but exceeded.
As a woman traveling alone, I was naturally a bit nervous, but Quintrip made everything feel incredibly safe and seamless. My airport transfers were always on time, the hotel had all my details sorted in advance, and the flight arrangements were perfect. I truly felt like I was in good hands every step of the way.
Everything went so smoothly—it almost felt too good to be true. I never once felt lost or unsure; instead, I could just enjoy my trip and focus on making memories.
I'm already planning my next adventure with Quintrip. The service was exceptional, and I’m beyond happy. Highly recommend!

Carefull who you deal with
We booked a trip to Mauritius through Quintrip with their agent Aleesha. On arrival at the airport there was a problem with our transfer to the hotel that we managed to resolve, however when we were due to return home the other family were not included in the travel arrangements at all. upon calling Aleesha we were told to try to resolve the matter with the hotel reception who understandably couldn't care less as the booking had been made by Quintrip and not the hotel. The issue was eventually resolved by Quintin
I have seen many reviews of Quintrip that are very positive but they all mention a different agent to the lady who was meant to help us. even knowing this I will not use Quintrip in the future.

We are sincerely surprised by the content and tone of your review, which does not reflect the reality of your booking nor the conduct of our team.
To clarify:
• Your airport transfers were confirmed and correctly executed as per HotelBeds reference 281-2190437. There were no issues reported upon arrival, and both couples were collected as scheduled.
• Regarding the return transfer, our consultant Aleesha simply advised confirming the exact pickup point with hotel reception, as is standard procedure — the hotel being the one physically coordinating the driver’s arrival. This was in no way a deflection of responsibility.
• As for the “other family” you refer to, they were travelling under a separate booking, with separate transfer arrangements. On the day of departure, they requested an upgrade to a private transfer so they could enjoy lunch at the hotel before heading to the airport. This was handled immediately, and they later expressed their appreciation for the assistance provided.
In light of your reference to that family and the suggestion of a broader issue, we will reach out to them directly to better understand whether any dissatisfaction was actually expressed or intended, as none was shared with us.
Finally, we must address the way our travel designer Aleesha is portrayed in your message. She handled the planning and support of your trip with professionalism and care, interacting exclusively with Mrs. Marina Slabbert. No concerns were raised before, during, or after your journey. Publicly naming and criticising a consultant without having engaged with her directly is both unfair and misleading.
We always value sincere, constructive feedback. However, it’s important that such feedback be based on personal, factual experience rather than assumption or indirect perceptions. If any part of your review was influenced by frustration or a misunderstanding of the facts, we respectfully invite you to reconsider your statement. Transparency and fairness matter — for you as much as for us.

Flawless Bali Experience with Quintrip and Prama Sanur Beach Hotel
We recently returned from the most unforgettable trip to Bali, all thanks to Quintrip, who planned every detail of our getaway perfectly! From the moment we landed, everything was seamless. Our airport transfers were waiting for us on time — both on arrival and departure — with friendly drivers and comfortable vehicles. No stress, no delays, just smooth traveling.
Our accommodation at Prama Sanur Beach Hotel was absolutely amazing. Located right on the beautiful Sanur beachfront, the views were stunning and the vibe was relaxed and tropical — exactly what we needed. The bed and breakfast setup was perfect, with a wide variety of delicious breakfast options every morning to fuel our adventures.
The hotel itself was spotless, with lush gardens, an inviting pool area, and incredibly helpful staff who always went out of their way to make us feel at home. The beach was clean and peaceful, and the sunsets were something out of a dream.
We had zero problems throughout the entire trip. Quintrip took care of everything, so we could focus on relaxing and enjoying our holiday. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and excellent service made this the most hassle-free vacation we've ever had.
Highly recommend Quintrip if you're planning a trip to Bali or anywhere else. And if you're heading to Sanur — Prama Sanur Beach Hotel is a must!

Awesome trip, great value for money
I recently spent a relaxing mid-April vacation in Zanzibar at the Reef and Beach Resort, and overall, it was a great experience.
Zanzibar itself is a stunning island – beautiful weather, incredible scenery, and some of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered. The resort was clean and comfortable, with friendly, helpful staff that made the stay even more enjoyable. The beachfront was lovely and well-maintained, and there were plenty of activities to keep you entertained without feeling overwhelmed.
Food-wise, the Italian and Indian restaurants at the resort were exceptional – genuinely delicious meals that I would absolutely recommend. However, the food at the main/general restaurant, especially the breakfast, didn’t really appeal to me. I think there’s definitely room for improvement there.
One downside I experienced wasn’t directly with the resort itself, but rather with the travel agency that handled the booking. I would have appreciated more transparency and variety when it came to room options – including photos and views – so I could make a more informed choice. Also, more flight options would have been ideal. I wasn’t particularly happy flying with Kenya Airways, and having alternatives would have made a big difference. But a big thanks to Paddre for arranging my travel at such short notice.
Despite that, it was a wonderful and relaxing trip, and I’d highly recommend both the destination and the resort for anyone looking for a tropical getaway. Great value for money and a perfect spot to unwind.

The level of professionalism that the consultant was handling every aspect of our trip was on steroids. The flights were postponed due to the storm in Mauritius. It is during that process where Quintin proved his level of Professionalism. The agency even negotiated an extra night for us to replace the lost night due to filght postponement.

Beachcombers Victoria Resort
We have recently enjoyed a fabulous 8 night stay at Beechcombers Victoria resort for our 35th anniversary.
Nolene from Quintrip was great.
My constructive comment on our booking and experience would be :
* more emphasis should have been made that this is mainly a family / child friendly resort
* there is an adult only section called Victoria 2 adjacent to the main area which was not suggested or recommended to us to consider - it looked absolutely fabulous and should we ever return to Victoria this is most certainly where we would stay
It was a great holiday, and we both enjoyed this time in "paradise" - thank you.
