Hi Sarah,
We have been in touch several times via email, so I do feel that your review is misleading. On our last email we sent over a screen shot of our transaction receipt that shows you have only been charged once.
We suspect that you maybe have attempted to checkout twice and that one transaction has been declined/required bank authorisation, the initial transaction will then show as pending on your bank until it drops back to your account. We do not have your £10, and if you are in any doubt please contact your bank.
I can assure you that we have only charged you once for your Pumpkin Spice drink mix, £10 for the drink and £3.50 for postage. Our website platform will not allow duplicate transactions/payments to be taken multiple times.
I hope this clarifies the matter, if you need more help please reply to our email and we can try to assist further.

Christmas shopping was a joy!
I ordered Christmas presents! I was delighted, the gifts were excellent quality, excellent value for money and something a bit different. The soaps and candles smell amazing, the food and drink are beautifully packaged. Lots of choice. All items arrived safely, well wrapped in eco friendly packaging, which I'll re-use to post them to family and friends. Frankly, I wished I'd bought more.

Didn't like the package, a very adequate box packed into a much bigger one with lots of packing round the original box. Why not just the one box? And if 2 boxes, a smaller second one?
Haven't used the soap so can't comment on that yet. Smells lovely

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I'm so saddened to see it's only 3 stars. As you purchased 10 individual bars of handmade soap, which are notoriously easy to damage and chip, we double boxed them so that they all arrived in good condition.
Please be reassured that all of the packaging we use is recycled. We don't use any plastic and all of our boxes are reused from deliveries we receive.
Please consider revising your review. Negative reviews below 4/5 stars can have a huge effect on small businesses.
