We have combined Quince Living, our home wares store with our Range Cooker Showroom to create a bricks and mortar store in Perth dedicated to premium cooking and unique interiors. I’m really sorry to see the one-star review.
As we are discussing over email, your order was dispatched promptly and is currently with Royal Mail.
From the tracking, it appears to be sitting in Edinburgh, which suggests it may have been routed to the wrong sorting office. Unfortunately, once parcels leave us, delays like this are entirely down to Royal Mail and are outside our control.
I completely understand how frustrating this is, but we do feel a 1-star review reflects Royal Mail’s service rather than ours.
We’ve done everything we can at our end and, like you, we’re now waiting for them to move it along. If we could magic it to the recipients doorstep we would.
As a small, family-run Perth business, negative reviews have a significant impact on us, so this is understandably upsetting for us.
We genuinely care about our customers and always aim to provide the best possible service, even when circumstances beyond our control make things difficult.

You sent me the wrong colour nail…
You sent me the wrong colour nail polish.
Update: they are going to refund me for the polish and they were quick to get back to me. But still a bit disappointing. I do order from this company reasonably often and normally there are no issues.

Ah no! We're super sad to see a 2-star review. You let us know that we sent the wrong nail polish this afternoon and we replied straight away to apologise for our mistake, the colours were so similar we had just picked the wrong one. We let you know that we would refund you, and that you could keep the incorrect polish free of charge, you then thanked us.
Please consider amending your review as the incorrect polish was down to human error and we rectified the issue quickly. Negative reviews have a huge impact on small family businesses.

Wonderful company
I bought some beautiful, exquisitely-made Christmas decorations from this company as a gift for a friend. The company were so helpful and the items were such good value - really impressed. I will certainly be using this company again as they have a real eye for interesting and attractive objects
