Great work, easy on the service. Your overseas and I get that. Its fine, but you have be better at communicating to customer about packaging confirmation a little bit better. the repeat customer comes for the service, not just he product.

To be fair, the quality of the product, which was an embroidered patch, was very good, but the service and communication was poor. I thought the sales rep and I had a clear understanding of my expectations and I clearly provided him a deadline that I had to have the items and we agreed on that date. In addition, I paid a rush fee to get them by the specified date. Not only did I not get them on time, but had to email and call at least two different times to figure out what was going on. I was told they would "fix" the issue, but I've not seen a credit for the rush fee that I paid. Not happy about that, especially after giving them a second try. I ordered from this site before and they delivered on time, but missed it this time.

I had the pleasure of using Quality Patches for my fight trunks sponsorship patches and they came out great. The only problem I had was that I was ensured that all the patches would be delivered in time but they weren’t. but regardless of that they still worked very diligently to get the samples and orders done as promptly as possible. they were also the only online patch business willing to compromise on the pricing of quality.

The product produced ended up being of poor quality and late. It took over 3 samples to get a decent sample but only half the order ended up looking like the sample I approved and only half of my instructions were followed. I am giving two stars because I was able to get a partial refund.

Great Company from beginning to the end! I had a little issue and it was fixed immediately, all and all I will definitely use the company again for Quality Patches.

It would probably be better if you could speak with someone to explain things instead of a lot of emailing back and forth. Nevertheless, their work is amazing and they also have a fast turn around time. I had personalized logo patches made for a letterman jacket and they did a great job.

When I first found your site and got a quote, which was over $60 cheaper than any other company, I was a little skeptical but went ahead with the order anyway.
Then I received the "Proof" picture of the patch, was really impressed and gave the go-ahead with the order.

The Patches arrived this afternoon, a full 4 days early, and they are absolutely great. I couldn't ask for better. The whole process with your company has been a joy to work with, even the mess up I made with the payment which you took so much trouble to correct for me. I really do appreciate all your hard work and the way you kept the correspondence going.
