This one of the only companies that took on our design and they did a REMARKABLE job! I had the great pleasure of talking to Lance via their customer service and they were so helpful in every step of the way. The team did a wonderful job of fixing our design and making our patches. We had issues with shipping which they swiftly overcame and and kept me in the loop the whole time which I was highly greatful for. I cannot recommend Quality Patches enough If you want custom patches made. I can't wait to deal with them again!

Expensive. Long waits and not great quality

Quality Patches does an exceptional job on my custom patches. They take my digital image and create it in a patch that is spot on. The prices are reasonable and I receive them very quick.

This is my second time using this company first time was great this second time working with them was a headache I was getting really frustrated they sent me a sample which didn’t look like what I sent them so I asked to revise it telling them what I wanted changed they sent me back the same sample pic so I revise the sample photo myself and sent it to them and they sent back almost the same original sample with slight differences but not what I wanted we went back and forth I’m telling and sending them what I wanted them not doing anything but slight differences here and there I don’t know if they were looking at the email I sent them with what I wanted but after the 6th or 7th revise I gave up and just told them to start production on it because it was irritating and taking too long I needed my order I even told them I was frustrated because it came out something I didn’t like and not satisfied with and they weren’t listening to me overall a nightmare experience i will not do anymore business with them there are other companies that I worked with which I was happy with service and quality but Quality patches was a disappointment I will be using other companies from now on
