This company went over and beyond to bring my design to life. They were very communicative, thorough and knowledgeable. My patches also shipped really quickly. The quality is great and reliable, most importantly. I look forward to using them for my designs for a long time!

We wanted custom made patches that wouldnt be too expensive and we could get quickly. Quality Patches was so incredibly responsive and helped make sure everything was perfect with our patch! I worked with Shane to ensure we could get a sufficient amount of patches for a great price and get them before our graduation. He was so considerate and made sure we were updated every step of the way. He was so incredible to work with and I will definitely use them in the future when creating patches!

Great customer service, always in communication, it was strange to see that the patches came from Pakistan, but the quality, material and colors of the patches were better than expected, in communication with the team from the start of the order to the delivery of the order to Mexico.

We will definitely send more designs with them again.

I had a custom design hard enamel pin for a boys baseball team I needed done with a specific budget that I couldn’t go over. Thomas worked with me, got me the 300 pins, in the time frame I needed and on budget. He was a great communicator and replied to my emails and chats quickly. I was probably a troublesome client to him but he continued to give me excellent customer service and I’m very pleased with how the pins turned out. Highly recommend these folks for your custom pins and patches!! If you get Thomas to work with you, even better!!

My experience with QualityPatches.com has been a frustrating journey that has severely undermined the reputation their name suggests. I placed my order on May 17th, a set of 10 chenille patches and 10 PVC patches. The initial ordering process was smooth, and I promptly approved the digital proofs provided to me.

The first snag in my order appeared when I received the chenille patches on May 30th. I was surprised to find they had been shipped from Pakistan, in stark contrast to the California origin suggested on their website. This discrepancy was disconcerting, but not yet a cause for a complete alarm.

My real disappointment began when I realized my PVC patches were missing entirely. I had to remind the company about the oversight, and their response was riddled with excuses rather than an attempt to rectify the situation swiftly. After a week, the PVC patches were finally dispatched and received on June 13th. However, the colors of these patches were a far cry from the vivid, neon shades I had ordered - they were dull and dark, entirely mismatched to their chenille counterparts, despite having been given the same instructions and digital images for both.

I brought this to the company's attention, and initially, they accepted their mistake and promised a proper redo. I waited for over two weeks for this corrected order, only to be provided with an incorrect tracking number, which took another week to rectify. The second batch arrived on June 30th, and to my disbelief, it was an exact replica of the first, incorrect set.

At this point, I had expected a certain degree of responsibility from QualityPatches. They had previously acknowledged their mistake and committed to rectifying it. However, this time, they quickly shifted their stance, contradicting their earlier acceptance of the error and essentially avoiding accountability.

As a last resort, I sent them images of the patches, showing clearly their deviation from the ordered colors. But it seemed this was the last straw for them - they stopped responding entirely. After a week of silence, and four ignored emails, I was forced to open a payment dispute.

In summary, my experience with QualityPatches.com has been marred by delays, miscommunication, and most importantly, a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Despite their name, my pursuit of 'quality' patches has led me down a path of continual disappointment and frustration. I sincerely hope others don't have to go through the same.

Lastly, they are flat out LIARS. They are NOT from the USA like they claim and ship from Pakistan; so if all else is just a poor individual experience of mine at least you should know that they are clearly deceptive!

We work with Thomas and he has been great! He worked with us on a complicated order that required several changes and made them very fast. They were even able to accommodate our rush schedule to get the patches done. We've ordered several styles of patches and have always been happy with the quality and pricing!

Thomas was very friendly and He was taking care of me all the time.

Everything was superb. From the customer service I received from Simon Carlos to the very fast timing it took to get the samples of my patches. Once I approved my samples and yes there were a few tweaks needed, which they fixed immediately, it took maybe a week to get in the mail. Very very great company and great quality. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Kane in the live chat was very helpful and quick to respond. Quality patches had great prices and customer service. I believe they will deliver a quality product.

I was not happy about the service but quality patches try hard and communicate more to make the patches as I like and resend it again. I received at the end very beautiful patches.

These guys are great,fast and affordable! The product I wanted was accurate and very pristine! Will do more work with them in the future!
