The design process was straightforward and there were no issues with making any necessary adjustments to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Production time was also extremely fast, and the order shipped and arrived in no time. Excellent experience!

Everything about my dealings with this company was positive from start to finish! From the fact that I got to chat with a real person right off the bat and not a bot to the quality of the patches when they were delivered! I'm a customer for life! I wish I could post a picture along with my review but I don't have that option unfortunately.

While the patches came out good, I ordered a smaller set first as a test, and went to order a second batch and they raised the prices SIGNIFICANTLY. When I used the automated system in the site, I got a more reasonable price, however after placing the order I got a rather passive aggressive email from the previous representative that gave me that high price. Nit a very trust worthy company, just glad my patches showed up

This was my first time purchasing a custom patch. I was amazed and still am at how personalized the communication felt, and always in a timely fashion. Honestly, this is by far the coolest company out there as far as making an idea become real. You get exactly what you ask for and want. The turn around time is phenomenal and the quality you get is as good as it can get. They are a good company worthy of your time and money. I’m buying from them only, when it comes to custom patches from now on.

I absolutely love this company and was really happy with the entire experience. I was looking for a company to make a patch for us to use for our Bronco when we go places or on trails that don’t have patches for them. I created a drawing on a piece of paper. Sent it in and Thomas took great care of me the whole way. The entire process took about about a month so keep that in mind but if I was selling patches I’d totally use them to produce them for me.

Hi guy just received the patches and their even better than I could of hoped-for the quality is second too none I'd like to thank all the team and especially harry willson who helped me out a lot their was a change in design and it was sorted out in no time the cost of all was one of the cheapest but the quality of the work was by far the highest and were delivered in no time thanks again to all the team at quality patches will be in contact in the future

Yet again they have met my expectations for the patches I required, good communication from the start to the final product. Patches arrived quickly to the Uk via Fed Ex and I was delighted with the product. This is my second purchase with different themes and I will definitely use again.
