Ordered items supposed to be in stock…
Ordered items supposed to be in stock and I finally cancelled order after waiting 5 months. Now my Gift card is saying not recognized. Called cust service and the line says they are closed!! Its 1:46PM on a Wednesday.

03/05/2023 purchase of SoftTop and Flowmaster muffler.
Total purchase including delivery $907.
04/05/2023 No information about shipping. Inquiry email sent. The same day they replied that they were sorry but one of the things I bought is in another warehouse and needs to be transported (by stagecoach?) and it will take up to 10 days.
10/05/2023, that is today, I got an e-mail that they are really sorry but they are working very hard but they still have not restocked the stock and of course both items I bought are not in any warehouse.
This is mockery.
Complaint made in Paypal, I will never shop with these hujów again.
UPDATE:
It's been three days since Paypal refunded my money and this bunch of rams from Quadratec could only send me an email saying they are sorry and are still working hard to ship my order. Of course, the order status is Backorder. This just makes it clear that this store has become one big scam.

I placed an order for in stock back window and 1 week later no shipping infor or update. Cannot drive until i get my panel. Opened a help desk tisket and get the run around. shipping from mfr. In stoc itme should have shipped or I cwould have ordered it elsewhere.

Recently purchased some items that stated on their website shipped within 2-3 days. My credit card was charged within a day of the purchase. Few weeks later no parts nor a credit or an expected ship date. Contacted Quadratec by email and phone. Still no resolution.
Part not received.
I ordered a part for my jeep, been over 2 weeks, I've. Called customer service and they keep telling me they are checking on it but no resolve, no return call no nothing, will not order from them again.
Wasted 2 months waiting on pair of seats only received 1 which I have to send back.
I ordered a pair of seats on 28 NOV 22. On 2 DEC 22 1 seat was delivered. I call customer service; rep said the other seat would ship from the manufacturer. On 5 DEC 22 I received an email saying I was being refunded and the order was being cancelled. I immediately called Quadratec again; rep said the refund msg was an error and the other seat was going to ship from the manufacturer. 12 JAN 23 I call again and ask for an up date; Rep said the order was canceled and I was sent a 50% refund. He offered to order another set. I ask when it would be available; rep said he would find out and call me back. I ask to speak to a manager; rep said one would call me back. 17 JAN 23 no one from Quadratec had called me so I call them. I asked when the other seat will be available; rep said 3-9 months. They are sending me a return label for the one seat; rep said when they receive seat they will issue a refund.
Customer service is very unorganized the reps do not appear to be communicate with each other.

Absolutely terrible service to international customers!
I ordered parts from Quadratec on 26th Dec 2021 (5 x method bealock wheels and a set of side steps), after seeing that the parts I wanted were in stock on their website. In Jan I recieved an email from them notifying me that the parts I ordered were out of stock and I would have to wait. okay. Then In feb I noticed the the parts were in stock, so I contacted customer service about it (and sent screen shots) and was told only the method beadlocks were in stock (which they then shipped). But I was told for some reason that I would have to continue to wait for the side steps to arrive from the supplier.
Later in June/july 2022 I saw again that the side steps I had ordered were in stock, contacted customers service about it, and was give the same spiel about that they would need to ship from the supplier, they reached out to them and I was give a date at the end of august when my order would be filled. The date came and went and no contact was recieved from Quadratec or the supplier.
Then in Nov 22 I contacted them again, this time by phone, becuase again the part was mentioned as IN STOCK and READY TO SHIP on thier website, I asked to speak to someone in management, but no one would take the call. a day later I receive an Email from a manager who game me some appology about the delay and that they would rectify the situation by personally ensuring that my order would be sent out. a few weeks went by, nothing happened, and the manager 100% ghosted me, after his first email he would no longer reply to me!
last week I called customers service AGAIN (and all these calls are from abroad so I'm paying interntaional rates) and a seemingly helpful customer service rep again promised that the part would arrive with them within a few days and that I would recieve tracking information at the begining of the coming week.
But instead... I recieve an auto generated email that my order is once again on back order and delayed even though it still says the item is INSTOCK and READY TO SHIP!!!!
today Ive cancelled my order and I recommend that NO ONE from outside the US tries to order from this company, their customer service is UNEXCUSABLE and they make customers wait for almost an entire year for products that they state are IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP!
Two years in a row I order nothing shows up
Do not order anything! This is the second Christmas in a row I’ve ordered something from this company for my son and have not received it. I’m still waiting for last year‘s order that we never got and now this year is looking much the same. Sent three emails no response no phone calls back. They cannot figure out where either order is. Once they create a shipping label it disappears. They no one from quadratic calls me back, no one emails to help. I get emails saying “ticket closed”My bad for giving them another try this year thinking it was just Covid times. we are three in Jeep family and this is the second Christmas in a row I’ve tried with this company and then disappointed.

"Deliverable" signed parts in the shop can be a lie.
I ordered 6 parts. All parts where shown as deliverable. After the order I got the confirmation and half of my order where in backorder.
No reaction after 6 weeks(!)
I send an email.
No reaction.
I cancel the parts in backorder.
No reaction.
I chat with a employee - 20 minutes waiting for his/her response.
No answer.
After 3 days I got a shipping confirmation for all items except the cancelled one and I paid the custom fee in hope to get all items.
But the delivery included a wrong item.
A few cheep sheet parts replaced an expensive master cylinder for which I paid the custom fee!
No chance to get my money back!

Everything is perfect except it was missing one little buckle for the windshield strap. I called and wrote but it was not sent. They said to send the receipt. I sent it and requested again. I haven't heard back.
EXCELLENT Customer Service
I ordered a back window soft top replacement. It was the wrong size for my jeep. I contacted customer service and they emailed me a UPS return label so I could send it back at no charge. The charge was then refunded back to my bank account. I then contacted customer service again and spoke with a lady named Cheri. Cheri spend days going over and beyond and figured out what kind of soft top I have and the correct replacement I needed. I am extremely appreciated because I could have not figured this out on my own, I tried for days before Cheri and her team helped me.
