I am selling my Qi coils for very cheap. This product is now useless to me. My tablet doesn’t work. The company will not do right and fix it so I have two coils and an amplifier for sale. Please message me for every cheap price. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company especially when they expect you to pay thousands and thousands of dollars and don’t help you when their product breaks.

Your console was received in July 2024 and comes with a 1-year limited warranty, which has unfortunately already expired at the time of your request. While this means we’re unable to provide a free replacement, we still made sure to offer options—including:

1. A replacement console (without requiring you to repurchase the full system)
2. Continued access to your programs via the web app on other compatible devices

We understand that unexpected costs are never easy, and we genuinely wish we could extend warranty coverage beyond its terms. That said, our intention has always been to support you with practical solutions—not leave you without options.

We truly value every customer, and your experience matters to us. If you’re open to it, we’d still be happy to help you find a workable path forward that fits your situation.

Serial Credit Card Scammers

Once Qi Life gets your credit card, they keep charging you long after you have quit their membership. I notified them by email (they have no phone), that I wanted to quit... but they ignored me.

So far I have had to charge them back on 10-13-25, 11-14-25, 12-14-25, and 01-12-26 because there has been NO response by email. Beware!

UPDATE: This matter has NOT been resolved as the company's reply states. As of the date of their response, I still have NOT received refunds for the last 2 payments.

I was actively emailing them when they just decided to suspend contact on the email address for that service. Email contact only resumed when I contacted their Trustpilot email address.

This should give you proof of their intentionally deceptive business practices.

• We do not intentionally continue billing after a cancellation request is received.
• We do not ignore cancellation requests. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting support, and once received, they are actioned.
• We have been in direct email communication over the past several days, during which this matter was addressed and resolved.

We understand how frustrating delayed responses can be, particularly when billing is involved, and we acknowledge the inconvenience this caused. This was the result of a technical email delivery issue, not an attempt to retain charges improperly.

For transparency, we encourage customers to keep cancellation confirmations and to follow up if they do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe so concerns can be resolved quickly.

- this company focuses on how to lure people into buying a non functional product by misleading advertising ( i have proof and being a lawyer i can win a case against them)
- they are hunting and tracking their customers who have purchased from them to soft threaten and trying to remove evidence from internet about genuine feedback.
-their customer service only replies to reviews and is extremely rude arrogant and ego driven
- product is a dump
- fake advertiser

Using Qi Coils in my wellness business

I reached out to Qi Life after looking into frequency therapy as a wellness concept for a business after comparing a competitive product. My engagement with Sharat, Ash and the support team over the last few months, before and after receiving my frequency devices has been incredible. My queries receive attention and feedback promptly and I am never made to feel like just a number.

The first time I personally experienced the Qi Coils was when my fiancè came home in excruciating pain after playing a round of golf. The source was a cluster of knots in his lower back. I played the Peak Performance set of frequencies that night and we both awoke the next morning with no pain (I struggle with frozen shoulder and tennis elbow).

Since then, I have had a number of first-time clients who report feeling energized, rested and a state of calm that they hadn't experienced in years. I am excited and optimistic about helping others and myself with quantum healing and energy recalibration through the use of Qi Coils so that we can all truly live our best lives.

I have just purchased a few more devices for the wellness centre because I have seen the benefits and prospects. The team at Qi Life have been kind and supportive throughout the last 10 months and I look forward to a long and beneficial engagement with the company.

I am a remote practitioner who was looking…

I am a remote practitioner and looking for frequencies for my meditations and was looking to buy a Rife machine but I am so thankful I held off until I stumbled upon Qi Coils. As a practitioner I find the system enhances my client experience significantly! After a year, Qi Life was looking for a coach/speaker and I applied to collaborate my knowledge and the rest is history. Now I help people with wellness consults, products, coaching, created a meditation program the rewires the brain while adding frequencies, and even build their own frequency business from scratch! When you allow these coils to assist you in elevating your vibration, the sky's the limit!

I'm 81 years old

I'm 81 years old. A number of years ago I found myself with a serious heart problem. Rather than depend on our medical profession, I decided to return to something I learned more than 25 years ago - Qi Gong. Within two weeks of starting up the practices, my symptons of the heart problem totally disappeared. So when I learned of ChiLife products I suspected it was something I needed to learn more about. I started with the first level of chicoil and started using the program as soon as I got them delivered. I clearly found a number of programs were beneficial. So, needing to get more advanced I proceeded to purchase the next level, and then decided to go to the highest level, the Professional qicoils with the level two tablet. I also purchased a number of programs that were specific to issues I was experiencing. After helping with issues of arthritis and gout, and also a serious prostate problem I then purchased the Aura Coil in an effort to boost the frequencies to the highest levels. Another issue I have had for years is that of cataracs in my eyes, so that was another problem that I started working on. After more than a month, I now am able to see colors more vividly than ever I can remember. I also wear hearing aids and with the success of improving my eyes I am now starting to work on my hearing and look forward to improvement. I will note that I have been writing a book on the Spiritual nature of our planet and universe, and my understanding is that everything is energy, that our bodies are filled with energy lines and this is why qi gong, and the chi coils do indeed work. Even though the products of the Chi Life Store and David Wong are quite expensive, I have absolutely no doubt that they are worth every cost. Anyone with a health issiue would be wise to invest in the qi coils. Qi is the elixer of life and the only reason we develope health issues is because of imbalances due to poor habits, especially as we get older. I thank to Qi Life people for all their help in getting all of my products. I tell other whenever I get a chance about them!

BEWARE: The „tech-company“ has no statutory warranty period

The device i‘ve ordered is after some months of use broken and as a tech-company you refuse to accept it and washed the problem (overheating) just „away“. No refund, no charge back. Which *tech*-company gives a warranty of 30 days and does not accept a statutory warranty period ??? Also perhaps a strategy of making money in terms of „universal laws and content with chi“ you are preaching 😉. My Order-Nr.: #50879.

I cannot recommend their tech products. Buy yourself from your own country or at least USA, Europe but not Overseas for you have a guarantee - and that is important with technology/electronic devices!

They stole my money and didn't provide the product at all. They refused to cooperate with the BBB. Now they respond to a review here and do the same thing.
I have proof you received my money and I will gladly post it here for all to see if it was possible. You have seen it when the BBB provided it to you and you still took the money and ran. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. The reply you have provided is generic and false. I will paste your exact words sent to me, by you, proving that what you say here on TrustPilot is not genuine. Pay attention to words like "transaction and payments have processed correctly," or "no outstanding issues with your account." Here are your exact words: "Dear Jacob,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address an important issue regarding a recent email you may have received from us.
Due to an unexpected technical glitch with our email service provider, an incorrect email was inadvertently sent to a number of our valued customers, including yourself. This email incorrectly stated that your payment had not been completed. I want to assure you that this information is not accurate and the message was sent in error.
Please disregard the previous email regarding your payment status. We have confirmed that all transactions and payments have been processed correctly and there are no outstanding issues regarding your account. " And in response to your reply, yes proof of payment has been presented to you about the matter. The proof of payment was provided BY you and can be seen in the letter directly above these words. Does your business write letters to random strangers and say random things? Or is it likely that you sent me this letter because I was a customer who had placed an order, which is how you had my information? Isn't is also most likely that in this letter you told me to disregard an incorrect payment status email and that you "have confirmed that all transactions and payments have been processed correctly and there are no outstanding issues regarding your account," because I AM a customer who placed an order that was paid for and had a processed transaction??? Because it seems plainly obvious to me that a business would not send a letter like this to a person who they did not know and had not placed an order. But you knew me and had my information and said these things about a processed transaction because I DID place an order, and pay for an order. You keep saying there is no documentation or proof, well this is the documentation and the proof, and you are the ones who provided it. So read it again, because common sense would tell you that this is proof, and so would a court of law.

Don't buy from them!!

Don't buy from them!!! Their mini qi coil doesn't work, I bought it to cure my depression and I still ended up having suicide attempts. Their sliming weight flexible wrap causes dark spots on my skin. I wish I returned it when I could, but I was busy in hospital because of my depression that it didn't relieve.

Clunky with lots of wires and it…

Clunky with lots of wires and it requires set up with your phone to get an audio signal to feed the device. Could have been an mp 3 player built in so that it is just a plug and play device. But no, it requires subscription if you want more then the basics frequencies and to what end? It does not appear to have any noticeable effect on me. Expensive, and they try to draw you in for subscriptions. Money is better spent elsewhere.

Scalar energy app for QiLife

I'm reviewing the Scalar energy app and Mr. Wong from Qilife is not shy about giving stuff away. Like he gives away more free and discounted stuff than almost any company owner I've ever met. The scalar energy works totally quietly and then you can add tones, frequencies, and various preselected songs that have various purposes. I could still feel the energy despite doing thousands of hours of Sadhana. I don't know if it'd be safe for regular people to use the setup I do which is maxed out and no timer. Mr. Wong explains the process very thoroughly though and people should follow the guidelines set until you know how it'll affect you. I'd be super interested to see how the full scale scalar energy stands work and how big of a difference it would make.

I did get more listings removed on etsy…

I didnt use these both words for many items but still got removed and i cant renew these items. It made huge impact on my selling. I did tell this to them but no answer after this at all....

I did get more listings removed on etsy because of this company because there is patent for more things, i checked their website and did NOT find what i am selling and many other people for many years already , but qilifestore make it as their own not so long time ago and their are terrorizing me and removing listings, however i am selling these things much earlier as their did their patent. NOT normal. And prices are 10-20 (!) times expensive as any else doing this. It seems more like business not care about health

The technology is good, customer service not so much

3 stars because I believe in the technology but their customer service is very lacking.

I bought the mini and love it, I use it daily, but less than a month into ownership there is an issue with connectivity in the handle, I have to jiggle the cord to get a connection.

I had a bad experience with purchasing the wireless antenna they sell, basically sent me 2 duds and I didn’t get a full refund, I got stuck with paying for the shipping despite the fact they sent me 2 bad units. (I also found out it is waaaay over priced, can find same thing online for much much cheaper) So when I reached out about my issue with my coil and was told “try a different cord” I was greatly disappointed but not surprised by the response.

While I believe in the technology I think their customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. Companies should back up their products 100% and not make customers pay for shipping nor have to go purchase replacement pieces if sent faulty units. That is just bad customer service and leaves one very skeptical of the company and their intentions.

A friend also purchased one and it wasn’t for her so she returned hers but had to jump through a bunch of hoops, was charged a 15% restocking fee and had to pay to ship it back, not cheap.

My parents also bought a mini and while it’s helping their little battery/amplifier is giving them issues, also less than a month in use. I found similar amplifiers online for very reasonable prices so going that route for them and not going to haggle with customer service.

I really want the larger/stronger coils but won’t be pulling the trigger due to all these issues. It’s way too expensive to risk having trouble and not having good customer service to back up the product. It’s a real shame.

I’m hoping more companies with better customer service start producing these units or that Qi Life reconsiders their customer service etiquette.
