Oplichters hun geld garantie klopt niet. Bij niet werkende producten (luister hoofdband laad niet op. Klantenservice benaderd om retouradres te geven. Doen ze niet. Of ik foto's van het defect wilde sturen. Alsof kan weergeven dat het product niet oplaadt??? Iig toch foto's gestuurd, daarna weer smoesjes. Toen heb ik ze de hun eigen retourbeleid gestuurd en gevraagd of ze zich daaraan wilde houden kreeg ik een mail dat ze teleurgesteld waren dat ik niet ingang op hun voorstel. Welk voorstel. Heb nog vele mails gewisseld voordat ik retouradres kreeg maar toen ontbrak het retourformulier. Daarna bleek dat de retourkosten voor mijn eigen rekening zou zijn maar ze wel 50% korting wilden geven. Nou je raadt het al de kosten voor retourzending zijn vele malen hoger dan de korting die ik zou krijgen. Heb het opgegeven. Maar wil iedereen waarschuwen hier. Niets kopen bij ze.

They are scammers. The product was never sent nor have they reacted to support emails.

The products are very well made. The products work within a week of me using them. But I hope that when they revamp it they make bigger size bottle of products.

Very nice, does help my skin and hyperpigmentation, I lack consistency but I do see results anyway.

I love this face mask,when you take it of your skin looks and feels so clean. I ordered when buy 1 get 1 free offer was on. That was in December and i still havent used the 2nd jar yet. The only downside is its very expensive. So perhaps when I finish my both jars, I will look for an alternitive clay mask, which is more affordable. Great prouct though.

My hyperpigmentation got worse. I have more acne breakouts around the cheek area and the spot treated areas. I have decided to see a dermatologist.

Went off review rating here before purchase which wasn’t too bad, but upon further inspection, all of their good reviews were left within a few days of each other, so they have obviously paid off people to do this!

Terrible company, they offered a 40-day guarantee money back if the product doesn’t work for you so I decided to buy with assurance. The product didn’t work for me so I emailed about the money back and they refused. I noticed on their page they removed that guarantee so I guess they did it just to get orders then removed it. Scammy

I got breakout after using the mask. My skin was actually getting better prior to using this. Just took me back to square one!

I think this a scam. I ordered it 3 months ago. The product has never arrived. There is no tracking. And when I co tested them I got an email saying they were very busy and would get back to me when they had time! That was almost a month ago. Do not buy!!!!

The website stated that the 30 day guarantee will include a prepaid return label (with no more detail) but when I emailed customer services for this they just stated that since im an international customer I will have to pay for shipping. I don't think I should have to pay for this because it's an issue on their website but they refuse to send a prepaid label, if I had known this I wouldn't have bothered purchasing from them at all.

I bought the vitamin c mask (literally zero effect on my skin), I was also given a small sample of their cleanser (again, made no difference), their moisturiser (very oily, felt like it was sitting on top of my skin and not absorbing) and their serum. The serum was put in the most useless tiny bottle that made it impossible to get any product out without a q tip, it also looked like it had oxidized because it was a much darker colour to the product photos (if this was packaged straight from production I don't understand how it oxidized, feels a bit dodgy to me). The texture was also very sticky it stays tacky on your skin as it doesn't dry down. Again, I didn't see any benefits from this.

I definitely don't recommend this company, the products don't work, don't fall for their social media marketing. It's all bs.

Didn’t do anything… I fell for the overly exaggerated instagram ads where people say it completely got rid of dark marks quickly. Maybe if you’ve never tried vitamin C before this is novel for you but unfortunately it didn’t do anything for me, and now I’m faced with the cost of returning the product from Australia to the USA if I want to take advantage of the money back guarantee. I’d avoid this company.

Never received my order and it’s well past my delivery date. Not even had an update in weeks and hasn’t even been sent to the UK yet. Shocking service - also paid for delivery which was meant to be free as well!

The servicelevel is amazing, flexible and very out of the box thinking. That person outdone it. Very grateful!

The mask. is. a. dream. My german/asian (not prone to acne) combination skin went through my standard cleansing steps before i covered it with a thin layer of this marigold skinspread (cleansing oil and a gel cleanser). My skin is very very sensitive and communicates in immidiate redness, swollen and irritated areas if exposed to something it doesn’t like or when i’m exposed to stress.

But this mask, is amazing! Did endure the immidiate burning tingling feel what i read in other reviews which frightened me, especially the dryzones. But that feel didnt last longer than a minute and the product dried very fast. Like any other mask once dried it felt uncomfy af as if your face will break when expressing. In about 10mins i rinsed it off with lukewarm water and was stunned. Skin felt incredibly soft, smooth and sooo well prepared to absorb the rest of my skincare routine. Depending on the day and if it’s morning or evening, after the mask i patted a couple layers of a soothing toner, power essence, a hydrating or firming serum, a 5peptide eyecream and a very light moisturizer with a good spf. No make up needed, my skin feels very pure, fresh, clean and healthy. Starting just once a week this mask got a well earned spot in my weekroutine ^^!

To my findings i think it’s quite pricy (the priciest product in my collection) but it so meets expectations and beyond. I am very very curious for their serum as its reviews are raving, and who knows, gotta have something to wish/work for!

I will be coming back for more and spread the word!

I made a purchase and was told at check out I would receive a confirmation email with my order number shortly. I haven't received an email and my credit card has been debited. I have sent emails to customer services and haven't received a response.

I think this company might be a scam. I tried the Vitamin C Clay Mask. Followed the instructions exactly and didn't use any other products with this, the product gave me SEVERE burning sensation on my chin when removed I noticed irritation also made my forehead broke out with acne, I had 2 bought containers so I tried each to see if maybe one was a bad batch the second container burned but not as bad as the first so I think there might be a quality control issue going on. Tried reaching out twice over a 2 week period to the company to see if I'm having an allergic reaction and they did not get back to me. Reading the website, refunds outside of US and UK you have to pay to ship it back before getting a refund which is a bit annoying, but more unhappy with the fact I was having some sort of medical health issue from the product and they didn't get back to me.

(update they finally got back to me only after I had to resort to putting a couple of bad reviews on their Instagram, they didn't give me an explanation for my reaction there answers were just copy and paste responses)

I ordered the products from Gleaming on Instagram December 15, 2023. I wanted to give 2 of the products I ordered as Christmas gifts. I paid $86.38. I have sent several personal emails to them and no one as responded as of right here today January 01, 2024. I was a first time buyer and I WILL NEVER ORDER from them again. Now I have to go through the long process of getting a refund from this terrible customer service who never responds back.I have also sent 2 messages on their contact form and they still NEVER RESPONDED.

I ordered the product, but I only received one jar, false advertising, just started using, not sure how it works, but I am very disapointed in the company, this is why I don't like ordering things from these pop up ads, cant trust them, and its difficult to find a number to reach them,
