These trainers are great quality and my son was thrilled with them.

I’ve now made several purchases these have a slightly thicker sole but more around the toe area for protection I find these trainers airy and comfortable and you can wash them in machine gently which is great delivery was quicker than before but they do take a couple of weeks to uk from china unsurprisingly

I have ordered these shoes before as they help my feet. This time there was some confusion with the delivery. Yodel said they were delivering it but didn't - then I had to download InPost to have it delivered to a box nearby. Then InPost told me a date it would be available but delivered it on a different day! I feel Purestep should use a different courier.
A little expensive so I buy when they are on offer.

Amazing slippers, worth the wait and exactly what I needed

When original order arrived they were a poor fit. On emailing the support team a swift reply led to an exchange being organised.
These were received today for my complete satisfaction.

They are very good at deliveries, they are very professional and I have numerous shoes from them that has been sturdy and lasted a while.

The shoes are very good and comfortable and I would suggest measuring your feet as per the guide as I went up a size which was appropriate. Slightly misleading with the UK website as the shoes come from China so delivery is quite a bit longer than expected. Otherwise I would recommend then

Useful shoes. Bit awkward to get on - the tongue always slips down - and they are a bit hot and sweaty. The sizing system Purestep uses is confusing. They advertise in UK sizes yet all shoes are labelled with European sizing. And they are sized small so you need a size larger than normal.

My shoes were too small and hubby felt that the sole was thinner than he preferred so we returned them. I had problems arranging return online due to the Chinese address so ended up returning via P.O (£36.90). Celine was lovely and refund fairly quick, thank you Cesmine 🥰

Absolutely terrible experience with Purestep.
I purchased these shoes because they were heavily advertised as being perfect for kitchen work, slip-resistant, and exceptionally comfortable. After just one shift in a professional kitchen, I found the exact opposite to be true.
The shoes were surprisingly slippery on kitchen floors, which is not only disappointing but potentially dangerous in a working environment. On top of that, they were extremely uncomfortable to wear throughout a shift. For a product specifically marketed to hospitality and kitchen professionals, they completely failed to deliver on their promises.
The most frustrating part was Purestep's response when I requested a refund. The only way to properly assess footwear designed for kitchen work is to actually wear it in a kitchen. After trying them for a single shift to determine whether they were suitable for the purpose they were advertised for, Purestep refused to accept a return because the shoes had been used.
It's unreasonable to market shoes for professional kitchen use while expecting customers to determine their suitability without ever wearing them in a real kitchen environment. The company's refusal to stand behind its product and customer service has been extremely disappointing.
I would not recommend Purestep to anyone working in hospitality or kitchen environments. Based on my experience, the product did not match the advertising, and the company was unwilling to help when legitimate concerns were raised.

The grounding pin is placed in an area that makes them uncomfortable. Not my experience with other pure step shoes

Ordered the barefoot sneakers. Really nice and comfortable, like walking barefoot! I will continue to use your products.
