Purestep 

The shoes ordered for my granddaughter in the USA originally were returned by the carrier to Purestep. I immediately contacted them via email and they sent out a new order straight away advising that they would keep a check on the progress of the order. I can happily report that the shoes arrived and my granddaughter is wearing them.

I was pleased with the service overall but hadn't realised that the shoes were coming from another country hence a longer delivery time than expected. The shoes however are great.

Purest have a superb range of exceptionally comfortable shoes. My biggest problem with them is that all other shoes don’t come near them for comfort. Just never want to take them off. Living on the west coast of Scotland it is a pity that even the water resistant Everest is squelching by the time I’ve walked over across the lawn. The shoes do dry quickly and launder really well, coming out looking like new. Disappointed that I couldn’t find a way of using the offered 20% discount against my next order. Tracking your order is very good but orders take a while to arrive.

Love my purstep shoes. minimal shoes-- wide toe box, no drop and flexible sole. My feet can move freely. I can wear with socks or not, without socks I can really feel the surface I am walking on

These are the second pair I’ve purchased- worth the money - I bought winter ones last time but opted for the lighter weight summer version to wear on a daily basis for holiday season in France

Considering where the shoes are made the delivery is well organised. The advertising and buying opportunities are excellent and must attract new customers. This time the sizing chart for explorers is to UK standards and they fit perfectly, ideal for this hot weather. My main concern about Pure shoes are the sizing charts where some are OK others not so shoes can be too small or large, it needs a review to conform to UK expected standards. The shoes designs which allow and make the feet and ankle work are excellent and work to improve balance, walking ability, enabling standing while working and reducing fatigue.

Great, got regular emails and could track parcel, arrived in good condition. No problems whatsoever. Shoes as described.

Everything from the purchasing through to delivery was straightforward and efficient. The product is exceptional.

I purchased a pair of Polar Non-Slip water repellent shoes - size 7 cost £ 59.90 which I thought was a good price.
Unfortunately the shoes were not suitable too big on one foot and tight on the other foot.

Now the Absolute nightmare begins if you wish to return the item.
Please think twice before using this company .

Ordered two pairs of Pureflex Flex Pro and was quite disappointed for a number of reasons:
(a) Very slow delivery (two weeks)
(b) I followed the size instructions and ordered one size larger – and they are too big, but also narrow !
(c) They are billed as 'everyday' use, but they have 7 holes in the sole (drainage for watersports). This is not depicted on the website, and renders them absolutely useless for 'everyday' in UK weather!
(d) They are generic unbranded shoes, similar to those found on Amazon from a multitude of other sellers.

I tried to get a refund. At this point, it became apparent that despite using a .co.uk website, they are a Chinese company, and their support is not 24/7, but works China hours. I was offered a refund but this would only be granted on shipping the shoes back to China, and paying for the carriage myself. Not quite 100% money back guarantee.

The other alternative was they would allow me to choose two different pairs, pay £20 for shipping and no need top return the originals. I opted to give them a second chance and accepted this offer.

The (email) support team were pleasant and helpful in advising which shoes would best meet my requirements, and once I agreed they raised the order and billed me for shipping. They arrived today, two weeks after ordering.

The replacement pairs (Everest Pro) arrived today. The Everest Pro are a much better constructed pair of shoes, but are fleecy lined rather than lightweight. Despite having a wide toe-box, and shaped like wide toe-box they are a much tighter fit than previous barefoot shoes I ordered from Amazon, and even tighter than standard width Sketchers. In conclusion, since I dont have any problem buying Sketchers, New Balance or Adidas,
I don't think Purestep are really designed for the UK market.

I now have four pairs of shoes, none of which I'm really happy with. I think the company are trying hard project a non-existent UK operation. I don't think Purestep are a trainer brand, they seem to be just a warehouse supplying generic unbranded shoes from a website. I have had better unbranded barefoots from Amazon.

I'll try breaking them in and report back if they loosen off.

I was nervous as it turns out this is a Chinese company with a pretend UK website, and returns have to go to China. However the shoes were delivered in good time, well made and comfortable . I am normally a 6 but following their measurements it was a 6 1/2 and they fit perfectly .

Great products

I was very happy with the product to start, I bought a couple of pairs. After a couple of months using one of them, some of the stitches started falling apart, I contacted the company and apparently it's not a quality issue. Buy better quality shoes and don't waste time with this company.

Protracted discussions. Not made clear that a ‘false’ invoice would be created so wasted time ensuring that all was correct. Have not yet received replaced product so too soon to say if successful.

Ordered 2 pairs to take advantage of the various discounts. Arrived in a reasonable time. Impressed with the build quality and they are comfortable to wear and walk in. Obviously not able to comment on durability yet. If they had been available I would probably have ordered UK size 11.5 or 12 but they are only available up to 11. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Good look and quality of product plus good insole add on options. Happy with all this so will certainly order from you again.
