Extremely poor customer service lets down some great products
Downgraded to a 1 after reading the Pure Sport response. As requested I reached out to their customer services again to see if they would like to look into my poor experience. Unbelievably again, no response and even more time wasted.
If all fine you’re ok. Good luck if you have any issues.
Probably the worst customer service I have received in the past several years.
Contacted customer service regarding 2 issues only received a reply for 1
The one I did receive indicated it was clear I signed up to a subscription, omitting that I had selected an emailed offer the wasn’t. The response indicated subscriptions could easily be paused/stopped however finding a way to do this was not clear or provided. When I replied highlighting this there was no response.
The gels I have found to be good, however sachets are not easy to rip open and the pure sport trail hat shrinks when washed and requires re-stretching whilst wet. Otherwise is well made, fits well and has a very nice adjustment on the back.
A shame that ingeniously designed products are let down by poor customer service

Pure Sport Energy Gels
I have been using puresport energy gels and electrolytes for the last 18 weeks as part of my Berlin marathon training.
I have tried many gels over the past few years and would say that the puresport gels are my favourite. Great consistency, no stomach issues, easy to open and great taste. Most importantly they contain 30g of dual carbs which has helped keep the energy levels topped up especially in the long runs. Would highly recommend and will be using these for the Berlin marathon.

Great products and an even better community
Been using PureSport for a little while now as I’ve got more and more into running, and I’ve been really impressed.
The electrolytes and gels have become part of my regular training and long-run fuelling, and I’ve recently added the creatine, magnesium and a few other bits into the mix too. The new pomegranate flavour is absolutely bang on as well.
