I rate them the lowest. My order is still not anywhere near being delivered. 3 weeks now I have been waiting for it. Still no update whatsoever. I have even emailed them several times and no reply back. I have learnt my lesson and will never order from overseas. Especially when I can get it from Holland and Barrett

This seller via Amazon is pretty useless. I placed an order on Amazon with this seller shipping the product, I paid for the next day service but this didn’t arrive until 3 days later. I contacted the seller via Amazon a number of times but the only replied after the delivery was made very late. I even found their details online and emailed them directly but still no response. I have noticed other poor reviews and they are all correct, this company is very poor, be careful if ordering via Amazon.

I hope I don’t end up eating my words but I believe it’s time that they’re due a good review. I’ve been using them for years and never had an issue, their products certainly work and their service is very quick.

Bought a back of Glutamine powder and received door knobs!! What a joke. Seller doesn't even bother to reply anymore. Glad I could use my Ebay warranty to get a refund.

Sent me a box of 11 loose cookies thrown in a box when I ordered 24. Many broken and close to their expiry date. Disgusting customer service. Took a week to get back to me. Spoke to the lady on the phone and her attitude was vile. Do not trust this company. I had to go through Amazon for a refund. Would give 0/5 if I could.

I ordered a protein powder supplement and the product arrived with a broken tamper evident seal, leaving the protein completely exposed, meaning that someone has definitely opened the product before me. It is borderline illegal to send a supplement in this kind of condition

Do not trust this company,I bought 3 pack of guiltfree biscuits from Amazon which the biscuits where sold by Pure Source Nuitriton they are the 3third party on Amazon,we opened the box took one pack out and look for the expiry date but wasn't there,I phoned a company where i previously was buying from and ask them where the expiry date are on these pack,the lady said the expiry date is not long printed on the out pack but inside the pack,she told me to open the pack but there was no expiry date in there,the only date was in there was 7-May 2024,i bought these biscuits on the first week of December 2024,to me did sound that there where 8 month out date.I emailed them through Amazon and they replied that they can't take customers words therefore they wanted a prove of photo,i did that and they replied and said, that date in the pack would been the Manufacturing date but still wont admit that there is no expiry date on the biscuits. I keept contacting Amazon and complaining about this Company,and Amazon was contacting them and tell them to return the biscuits back,but they still saying the expiry date are inside the packs,Iwent back to Amazon again to complain ,and the Company promised to Amazon that they where taking the biscuits back and to provide me a free return label,After waiting 48 hours for they reply,they again where saying that the expiry date where insid the individual packs,I contact Amazon again and i said i am fed up with these people as they are messing me and Amazon round.Finally Amazon Refunded me where they shouldn't have.I did Thank Amazon for the refund,but i have reported this Company Pure Source Nuitrition to Treding Standard for had sold me an 8 month old biscuits.Amazon should think about having these people treding on they side.

Fake products, dodgy labelling for things you take internally = Dangerous.
There were multiple concerns with a product I ordered. They want me to pay to return when it's their defective products. I phoned up and politely tried to ask some questions. Without listening to me the woman who answered was just aggressive and patronising. She was in some sort of mad frenzy, when she didn't even know what I was asking. Extremely rude and hostile.

Look the fact is they're resellers who have zero quality control of their products or staff. It is unsafe to consume anything these scammers flog.

I ordered 25KG Dead Sea Salts direct from their website with free delivery, which was nearly £4 cheaper than they sell it on ebay. Delivery via yodel came within a couple of days. It's my first experience with this company and in view of the bad reviews I thought this positive one would help bring some light into the dour reviews.

Ordered some cream of rice from this company through Amazon took two weeks to come original date was delayed going avoid orders if there been sent by these terrible first-time experience 0 ✨ star from me

Hole in the product. When I emailed asking for a refund they said that I had waited too long to tell them, I explained that I was well within the time allowed by the consumer rights act (30 days) and Pure source did not respond to the email. After I sent several more emails they eventually asked for photo proof, after sending the proof I am told again that I waited too long. Several more emails later I am told to call for a manager, phone number on the website is wrong. Another email, given another phone number. Manager says they will investigate and call me back within 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I call up and the manager tries to argue that the hole in the product is not a hole but a cut. Absolute joke of a company, terrible customer service that tries to wriggle out of any accountability.

Horrific experience with this company, they lost my order twice, no accountability whatsoever.
A customer service lady over the phone was rude, obnoxious and aggressive when we contacted them to ask for a status review of the replacement.
I was honestly speechless! We contacted our bank right after and opened a dispute against them.

Don‘t purchase anything from this company! I am trying to get a refund, but the email on their website doesn‘t even exist!

Surprised by the reviews here. I got a quick response to a question I had about their capsules so I ordered and I'm completely happy with the product. These bad reviews seem to be about customer service rather than product issues so I'll reorder now I've run out.

Shocked ... They just send whatever they need gone from their stock! Sent wrong item and I contacted to inform. They said the correct product was in the pack (they claimed they were using up surplus packaging to reduce waste and if I opened, would find what I'd ordered). That would've been fine but was totally MISLEADING and was entirely the wrong product. Then stalled the returns process sending numerous inane messages and one, unbelievably, was to say they only accepted 'unopened' packages after assuring me to do just that! 😂 gorra love a trier! Seriously guys, come on, be better at this! I was lucky, I bought from Ebay and they had access to all comms.

Ordered product that came in 2 tub upon opening both tubs the iron sulphate was rock solid and crystalline supposedly fit to hand spread or immersive in water put a a bath and filled up left for 2 days still solid sent email to company customer support nil there’s better companies bout there to spend your money with buyers beware

Ordered and received with no problem, only minor issue was they said they would email when my goods were dispatched and delivery is 2/3 days but they didn't let me know they had posted it. A quick phone call and they sent me the Royal mail tracking number within 10 minutes.
Second time Ive ordered off them and no reason I wouldnt order again.

Ordered raw apple cider vinegar with mother. recieved yelow alcoholic water taste as pi…. Company took 2-3 days between reply on mail. Sending them pic of sticker with batch numer etc. On end just said u got what u ordered. Not even reading our mails. Well we use raw apple cider vinegar for years. And this what they claim it is is def not. Avoiding this company forewer. Save yourself hastle and stress and get your stuf from someone more trustworthy then this dogy bussines.
