Box of 1kg x10 bags were delivered damaged, salts everywhere. I emailed about 8-10times and even rang and left a message. Horrendous customer service. Will not be buying from this website again.

I have received incorrect items and customer service are not responding I only want what I ordered and paid for
I can happily say they have now sent me the correct goods.

Invoice 114331 dated 22nd August for £44.85 was not refunded as promised within 3 weeks time and still is not refunded.

My package was damaged in transit by Evri. They advised that I contact the supplier.
All contact methods with "Epsom Salts.co.uk" are impossible. I have requested a refund and I would appreciate at least an acknowledgement of my queries.
Customer care is non existent!

Even though I obviously used my current address for my order, their website overrode this and delivered my order to my old address over 80 miles away. When I emailed and left several phone messages, I got absolutely no response. Zero. Zilch. Nada. The quality of the product is mediocre. And the packaging is very poor. I bought a large quantity and am still using it - the bags leak before opening, and can't be used after opening either as they're just too fragile, so you have to transfer to another container. Wouldn't use again. Wish I'd seen these reviews beforehand

10 kgs of Epsom Salts, ordered Monday morning, delivered Tuesday morning, at a reasonable price.
Two orders with amazon placed last week, one took a week to arrive, still waiting for the second.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering as unfortunately I have now also experienced the very blunt and uncaring customer services mentioned in these previous reviews! I was sent something different to what I ordered with no explanation and also not in recyclable packaging when the website clear advertises new pouches which are 100% recyclable. I would not recommend buying from this company due to their disinterested customer service, misleading advertising and use of single use plastic. Could so easily have been resolved by someone who cared what their customers thought.

Arrogant and unresponsive customer service which is a shame as I like the actual product. After complaining about delivery which insisted on the door being opened despite having person at home self isolating, customer service were just appalling on telephone. Aggressive, confrontational and completely unaccountable. Absolutely extraordinary customer service which succeeded in turning a previously supportive customer into one who actually takes the time to write a negative review. Very well done indeed.

I've been using Epson Salts since 2014 without complaint.
Until finding them I'd been searching for a better way to purchase Epsom salts than the paltry little tubs found in Boots as well as other shops until I happened upon Epsom Salts' website where I was pleased to find I could buy salts in bulk so I could enjoy weekly soaks in this wonderful detoxing salt. yAy!
I also purchase the shampoo/conditioner for which my hairdresser marvels how healthy/shiny my hair is [I am over 50]
Other products I like are the shower gel, handy dandy for quick cleansing of the skin as well as the bar soap. Did I mention yet how good this gel/soap makes my skin feel? No added fragrances, no harsh ingredients, all quite simple really.
My next purchase shall be the water jug, because hey, we all could use with a bit more Mg in our bodies, yeah?
To finish, I've never, ever had any issue when purchasing from Epsom Salts - from ordering to delivery, or, even to replying to my queries. In my opinion, they are a company who takes care of their customers in terms of product, ordering ease, delivery, customer service, and... the occasional email offering free products with all orders. What's not to love?
In closing I'd just like to say thanks to everyone at Epsom Salts for being a company who people can trust!

Top of magnesium oil bottle loose and leaking on arrival. Emailed Epsom Salts twice but have not received a response, I will not be using this company again.

Terrible experience.
Waited three weeks for a delivery and nothing came. Quite difficult to get in contact with customer support.
Not recommended.
