Terrible customers service, consultant stopped responding when she realized I had issues with the products I had purchased. I don’t mind paying for what I want/like… but when I pay THAT much I DO expect it to last longer than 8 months…. Pure romance corporate simply told me to get in touch with my consultant (like I hadn’t already tried that)… you live and you learn! Never again!

Ordered the after dark dual action vibrator last year and it was wonderful while it lasted. Was not staying charged well. The charge was getting shorter and shorter. It just died. Wont charge and can’t get a replacement charger because it is all discontinued. Very disappointed. Would have expected it to last longer for the money spent.

A week ago I recieved my item "hot and bothered) it worked good the first time I really enjoyed it. The second time I went to use it I had to put new batteries in it no biggie. The third time I went to use it to cut out I assumed that the batteries just needed to changed I notice that after a while of using it down where the gears are is warm and it sounds like its having trouble connecting I'm also noticing that the batteries are hot to touch. Not good. I did not expect item to cut out during 3rd time of use so I have allready thrown away package it was mail in major bummer

I have been for the most part completely pleased with the company and products for several years now, however I have two recent complaints. First of all a few weeks ago my consultant convinced me to come on board with the company myself however when I went to purchase the online starter kit for the deal price before it expired at noon (11:59) it did not load or go through and then magically at 12:00 it was working on the site again at full price...marketing tactic??? Hmmm! Second I was gifted a toy from my sister that she won but would not use seeing she already had that specific one, it was obviously still brand new and in the packaging but once I put batteries in it and used it maybe 3 times it randomly started to shut off and not function properly and no it's not the batteries they were brand new out of the packaging too. Can I get a replacement like other companies offer or should I continue to take out monthly orders to another company. 🤷‍♀️

First off, I wanna say my overall experience has been good with Pure Romance. I was first introduced to the company when my neighbor hosted a party at her home. I went, not knowing what to expect. The PR consultant Nicole was a lot of fun, really professional without being too stiff, answered all of our questions to the best of her abilities and wasn't afraid to say when she thought certain products weren't worth the asking price. Although I hadn't been to a party featuring adult intimacy products before, I had been to Tupperware, Home Interiors, etc. so I wasn't a total novice to home party sales. As such, I understood that Nicole could offer 'deals' on some items and she did so. I walked away with a number of products ordered and a cost of only about $75 though, if I had purchased similar products from Amazon, I would have spent maybe $150. My products were dropped off by Nicole within 10 days and that left me thinking the Pure Romance co was pretty good. I still had plenty of products on their web site with which to look forward to trying as well. Sadly, one of the free items, the Heart Shaped Massager broke the second time I used it. I contacted Nicole and she quickly replaced it, no cost to me. The second one didn't last more than one use either, but I didn't bother contacting Nicole. I just knew not to order that or similar products in the future. Then...sadly Covid-19 happened. All parties were cancelled as a result. I still keep in contact with Nicole via Facebook though I haven't ordered anything else. The one toy I purchased at the party (which recharges via USB) still works just fine and I use it happily every week, sometimes multiple times during a week (lol). A few other products from PR also get used, just not as frequently. One product is so cheap and silly I use it once in a blue moon but I figured you get what you paid for and it was really cheap. Two other products I purchased simply didn't work nearly as well as advertised, but then again every company has some of those kinds of products. It's not anyone's fault per say, just lack luster IMO. I've read lots of product reviews for PR since and seen how bad some people's experiences are but in my own, I've had mostly favorable results. Yes, I would order more from Nicole and Pure Romance.

I purchased this product from this online company and after a month we noticed that the sealed battery within was not charging to its full capacity nor was it holding its charge.
A 60 day warranty from purchase date is ridiculous and totally unrealistic .
At this point in time the built in sealed battery may only just start showing signs of not charging to it’s full potential , in which nobody would suspect that a warranty claim is in order.! My item does not even hold it’s charge any more .!
The fact that you are selling all your on line items as quality products and that a reasonable price has been charged , leaves us with the reality that I am protected under the Australian Consumer Law .
It states that as a consumer I have rights that are called CONSUMER GUARANTEES & STATUTORY RIGHTS which state that I am entitled to a remedy after any manufacturers or extended warranty has expired . It also provides automatic guarantees to consumers that apply regardless of the warranties you give or sell to customers. The warranties apply to the product or service you sell to a consumer and can be enforced under contract law and the Australian Consumer Law.
I would like to offer two options for you to seriously consider
* A full refund
* A similar replacement product of similar value (as I can see from your site that you no longer sell the rubbish you sold me)
They answered me a second time with bad luck we will not be doing any of the above to compensate you.

Purchased a Butterfly Effect 6 months ago, used it a couple of time, and it already quit working. Very disappointed with this vibrator.

Very disappointed with the consultant. Her name is Ashley Walker out of NC. She is a fraud. My sister had an online party in September. First off, the party lasted about 10 mins and was extremely rushed. The consultant did not take time going over products and acted like she was inconvenienced. Well, overlook that. We are told we have to place the order directly through her and not the website or my sister does not get party credit. This feels shady, but we follow through with sending funds to her personal Venmo account. Fast forward a month later. Noone from the party has received their order or even an order confirmation. My sister reaches out and she claims she missed the entire party. So she took money from several people. $115 from me personally and "forgot" to order. She then tells my sister she needs the names and order of everyone in the party and places the blame on her for not reaching out sooner. Well, as the consultant shouldn't she have the names and order for those she collected money from? Maybe this is why orders should be placed via the website? Something is very shady here and needs to be addressed. Extremely dissatisfied and she was quite rude when confronted with the issue.

I placed an order for a product on the pure romance website Monday night 10/12 and paid for 2 day shipping. After the order was placed I never received a confirmation email but checked my bank account and they charged my card so I figured all was well. Two days later when my item never arrived I called customer service and the girl stated that it was never processed and stuck in limbo even though my card was charged and that she would have it sent to IT and they would push it through and that I would receive an email confirmation. Again no email confirmation was ever received. I called again today 10/15 to explain everything that took place already. The girl on the phone had an attitude like I was an inconvenience to her. I told her at this point to please just cancel my order since it was for my friends birthday this weekend (which is why I paid the expedited shipping) and I wouldn’t receive the order in time and she stated that fedex already picked it up and she could not cancel. I asked for the supervisor and she stated no one was available and there was nothing she could do but send me the fedex tracking number. That was earlier this morning and still no tracking number. I would never order anything again from Pure Romance. Poor customer service!

The bath products have great scents but that’s about it. I don’t feel like they provide any benefit other than smelling nice. I, personally, haven’t had any luck with of the enhancing creams and the toys are comparable to any other brand but at a higher price point. I just recently bought the nipple clamps and they were the cheapest piece of garbage and didn’t even last the first use
