I bought a womanizer 8 months ago and used it about 3 times. It doesn't work anymore. It shows that is charged and I try to turn it on the light comes on but nothing else happens. I spent $129.00 on this .I need answers. A very unhappy customer 😕

So I do like pure romance products. This one start review is because I’ve been trying for weeks to unsubscribe from their emails I get bombarded with daily. I’ve unsubscribed, I’ve emailed their “pissed customer” office, I’ve blocked them, but I STILL get emails every day.

i got a butterfly effect and despite it being advertised as water resistant and even submersible, it broke when i ran it under the sink to clean, i’ve only used it about 3 times

Is the 2cond time I buy an Opening Act and is the 2cond time the battery stop working just like that!!!
Im very dissapointed in this product ,which is my favorite BUT im not gonna buy a 3rd !!!

Ordered almost $200 in overpriced items from a party online. The creams/lotions I purchased were just ok. Not that great, definitely not worth what I paid. A little over a year later, the toy I purchased won’t charge or turn on. The light turns on when I plug it it, but nothing else. It’s been used 3 times only. The representative I purchased from no longer sells. So I contacted pure romance directly to see what the warranty is. Their resolution was a 30% off coupon for a new purchase. What the heck!? I’ve had a cheap drug store one for 4 years that still works great. Crazy how Pure Romance sells expensive junk they don’t stand behind.

The hostess was great, funny and very helpful in explaining everything. However, the stuff I ordered was ridiculously overpriced. A two piece lingerie that is worth around $10 and two little plastic bottles of “stuff”. One a scent and one lubricant. Very low quality. All total was $137 dollars! Never again!

I’ve had the Twilight Moon for just over a year, but only just opened it up and charged it. It wont turn on. Lights up when on the charger, but that’s it. I even JUST took the plastic off the box. Very disappointed.

I have a friend that's a consultant and have bought products only through her. The consultant you work with makes all the difference in your experience. She's not pushy and she doesn't recruit new sellers/consultants. Plus, I'm careful of which products I'll actually buy. Most of their products are good and work well. I especially like the "coochy cream" and other lube/creams I've bought from her.

In the 90's I worked for an adult store and thought they were fantastic until I tried Pure Romance last year, I not only loved them !! The lingerie is high quality and being a plus size lady they actually fit me. The bath and body line shave cream, the lotion and the body oil are my favorites, , and just going to say I am loving it all!! Thank you!

I recently attended a Pure Romance party at a friend's house. I decided to purchase a bottle of spray moisturizer which cost $24. At the end of the party when I went to make my purchase, my total was $37!! Seems I had to pay for shipping and handling! Even though I was making my purchase from the consultant directly, at a party! Seems to me $13 is a bit ridiculous for a bottle of spray moisturizer, especially since the consultant obviously places a bulk order. I was only buying the stuff for my friend, but I am still majorly annoyed that I got conned into paying $37 for a stupid bottle of moisturizer that was already overpriced. I will never buy anything from this company and I will never attend another party.

Have bought several products from this company and continuously have issues charging the vibrator up. I plug it all the way in. It won't charge. Putting the charger in partially turns the light on but still doesn't charge it up. It's the weirdest thing. Are there any tricks to devicing these chargers up???

Terrible customer service and no care in the world for the customers, just enjoy taking your money. Do not recommend purchasing anything and expecting a refund should you find yourself in that position. The websites policy apparently does not follow through with the consultants and they can create any type of refund policy they like. Scam. Not only did I not receive my product after asking for a refund but I have not gotten any offical credit and denied a full refund.
Even after contacting the customer helpline I have now been ignored once I pointed out their lack of connectivity of their policies between their sales people and the company itself.. apparently two different entities but they won’t tell you that until they have your money!

Just purchased the vanilla body oil. First and last time I will purchase anything from y’all. It smells like dirty arm pits. Contacted the person whom I got the link from and apparently I didn’t order it directly from her but her corporate website (I used the link she sent me). Oh well lesson learned. Never again.

Ordered pink body massager online to surprise my wife and we were both unpleasantly surprised. It never worked and even though we have constantly tried to charge it and retry, it never turned on! Don’ buy this way over priced toy! You can’t return them even if never used!

I have only ordered one of your products and I admit I'm obsessed with it! It's your Bloom en noir body lotion. It has a mesmerizing scent and I will be ordering more. It's a little pricey but we'll worth the price🥰

Okay so I had got The Twilight Mood Vibrator in January 2020 and the first couple times I used it it was amazing, then I noticed it started to be really loud when I would use it like you could hear the vibration then the next time I used it it was really warm to touch now the charge is only lasting 1 hour then it’s just shutting off! It sucks because I really enjoyed this toy and I spent a lot of money on this toy and I feel after a few months it should be working properly! So I would like to know if there is anything that could be done or if anyone can please help me or direct me in the direction of someone who can help me!! Thank you
