100% Green - TWO MINUTE SWITCH!
We have been making a conscious effort to better the world we live in by ELIMINATING single use plastics and reusing anything we possibly can to MINIMISE the waste that goes to landfill. This is the TIP of the iceberg.
When we discovered Pure Planet it was a breath of FRESH AIR as it meant that such a big part of our life - energy use - could be made green with RENEWABLE electricity and CARBON OFFSET gas sources. We pay what Pure Planet pay for the energy (no MARK UP) and it only took us TWO MINUTES to switch! They did all the work of changing us over from our previous big six provider as well.
Pure Planet also have a really EASY-TO-USE app so no matter how TECH-SAVVY you are, you can rest assured that it will guide you through submitting your meter readings every month (and remind you to send them!).

Good company, very happy
We have been with Pure planet now for approx 12 months. The initial switch was very easy, have had no problems with billing and after 12 months am still happy with my provider.
Pure planet offer very good value for money and are also green.

Charging for energy not consumed and no customer service
Pure Planet has a non existant consumer support. I have lost hours trying to get it touch with them but even their robot does not reply to me. I have been charged more than my consumption and Pure Planet is about to debit my bank account again, increasing the overpayment. No response from anyone on their « help » menu. I guess they programmed the robot to remain inactive when it’s about them reimbursing money. Not a company I would recomend to anyone.
