This is a scam based company / it uses natures calm as its front name / really this needs to be stopped

This is a scam and it’s not even sold under that name. It’s Nature’s Calm CBD and it’s not in Maine like it says; it ships from Florida, the office is in UTAH, they show you one price and charge you 3X as much, you can’t call anyone because the number they give you goes unanswered. They advertise on legitimate websites but do not be fooled. You’ll be out $600 or more before you can blink.

Your company and product are a SCAM. The product is nothing short of pure garbage. The only reason why your company would get one star is because that is the only way to leave a complant. Who ever is reading this complaint realize now that this company and product are stealing from you, this is without a doubt a 100% SCAM. I am looking into a lawyer and keeping a couple of pieces of their product for analyzation to see what it really is. If you have not already been SCAMED don't waste your time or money because, this company is a total SCAM.

Purejoysbites is a thieving scam company!
I accessed it through the video ad for healing hypertension. The ad stated buy 3 get 3 free. Should have been about $130.00 dollars. When the confirmation screen came up, it flashed so fast I couldn't read it.
The product that arrived was called blood sugar stabilizer.
The cc company notified me in March that I had a possible scammed charge for $299.70 from Med Prime Device. I had it blocked-new card issued.
I called the number on my cc statement for April, which was the first time I had it on my card. The stated they were the service center for Purejoybites, that the charge had been blocked numerous times and now it was too late for a refund, the best she could do was to cancel the "subscription". I had to ask for the contact address for the company.
When I went online, I see it has had many complaints from other customers with the same story. I am just entering this review to warn others. Why aren't these scams stopped on the internet?

This company is a complete Scam!! FRAUD!!! BAIT and SWICH!!. I'M OUT $219.80. I had to give them a one star just so I could write this review. Notify your local, state and federal authorities and the BBB if you have been scammed by this company!! Maybe the attorney general can and will prosecute them!! We will see.

I ordered three bottles at what the video told me $32 or $38 for 3 bottles and get 3 free!
They charged me for 6 bottles at $49+ a bottle; they say it was to be like $99 a bottle but the cost on the deal was $299+
I tried to refuse shipment twice before receiving - didn't work - I contacted them again within the same day I received the bottles and got the run around!

This company got my information in a fraudulent manner and now I am getting their product, CBD Gummies, which I don't use. I thought it was a one time purchase and I have asked them to stop to no avail. This is a scam!!!!!

I ordered supplements in February 2025. They were supposed to charge my credit card $61.00. They ended up charging me $159.85. On March 19, 2025 they charged my credit card $149.85 for a supposed re- order which I did NOT AUTHORIZE. I emailed Linda at to cancel order and refund the $149.85. She refused. Pure Joy Bites and Keto Store Online in West Jordon, UT are either partners or the same company. These people are TOTAL SCAMMERS. THEY ALL NEED TO BE PROSECUTED and PUT IN PRISON.

Unauthorized mistake

I purchased the active pure CBD gummy’s, and they are related to this company. The same thing happened to me. I put my credit card in and it was one price and when I went to the next page it was $299.70. So I immediately went in search of how to cancel. On the active puregoodness.com site there is nowhere to cancel. There is no phone call for customer support. So I searched and searched and found pure joy bites. I sent them an email that said to cancel my order immediately that they are fraudulent company, and that I would not accept their order and would be contacting my bank immediately. I never received a response and unfortunately, I received the product. I took it straight to the post office and put return to sender. I dropped it inside the post office and yesterday they tried to charge my card again for the same amount. The bank alerted me and so I contacted them and reported it as fraud again and we had to cancel my credit card. Then I received a letter from the bank that said, even though I had sent them everything showing that the company is fake, because it got charged on my debit card. I am responsible for it, because the company never gave me permission to send the product back.
Be aware that these people are claiming to have been on the Shark Tank and they were never on Shark Tank!!!!

1 star is way to much for what i think of this lol company.i never completed the order, or oka a recurring charge. they offered 40.00 then 50.00 refund. really for something I never order i work very hard for my money. They take 299.70 and feel its a good deal to just give me 50.00 back. i wash stupid off my forehead a long time ago.

I ordered active pure gummies, it states buy three for 49 dollars and get three free, which came up in my calculation as 150. No review order to see if this was the price. My card was charged 299. You can not get in touch with anyone. Number disconnected. I know there is someone to complain about the practice of scamming individuals. I am going to write and complain about the practice this company is doing and inform the better business bureau.

I purchased one of their products for $39.95 and was billed on my debit card for $319.65. Can't find 'My Natural Therapeutics" anywhere on my search drive. I am advised by my bank to call them but can't find any info. So now I need to cancel my card for new number. I neglected my own advise to look up these companies before buying. Looks like I'll have tp pay the $320.00 and hope I get the product. New question: can I trust the product to be safe????

These people ripped me off for an order of $319 and another order of $119 on the same day and the same episode. I inquired about te product and then the money is gone from my account. Contacted the thief who answers the phone. He sad the money will be back in 5,-7 days. Today is the 8th day. No refund. Stay away frim these filthy lying scumbags.

I have had the same experience as all these other people of being scammed. If I could copy the 11 pages of emails back and forth with this company, I would. I NEVER completed the purchase ( I saw they were charging $299.70, not the $45 the is shown, nor did I sign up for a subscription). I spoke with Dayron, not once, but twice (and yes the phone calls are recorded on their end) and he cancelled the subscription that I never signed up for and he also stated that his supervisor, Linda, would provide a shipping label and full refund. I started emailing Linda and got the same song and dance responses as the other reviewers here. The $30 credit. NOPE. Then I was offered a refund with a $50 restocking fee. NOPE. I agreed to mail back at my cost providing a full refund of $299.70 with no restocking fee. Linda then asked me for the tracking number. I get an email from her stating my refund would be processed less the restocking fee. NOPE. Emailed back again.
The final straw came this morning when I emailed stating I had contacted the Federal Trade Commission and the Utah State Attorney General for fraudulent and scamming practices and providing them with copies of my email and copies of all of these customers who were scammed. I just got an email confirming my FULL refund of $299.70. I email asking why this could not have been done in the first place and save endless needless emails. I just received a final email from Linda saying that management made a special consideration for me. HHHMMM.......maybe contacting Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission had something to do with my "special consideration"

Don't let this company get away with ripping you off. They are not a reputable company and misrepresent. Thank goodness for Dayron (was super polite and helpful) in his help with this. Two weeks of my time was wasted with this company. Persevere if this company tries to scam you.
