Pure Diesel Power got my order in fast for a next day delivery. Unfortunately UPS dropped the ball and it got here in two days. I did get a partial refund on the shipping.

Good customer service
Good customer service, I picked up a blow by top mount cover it arrived on time from the date they gave me. I also ordered a oil inlet cover for my valve cover to replace the front cover inlet. I was called by customer service and given a heads up it was on backorder for an allotted time which was fine I understood when I purchased the part. I would highly recommend Pure Diesel for your go to parts shop.

I had a choice between two companies…
I had a choice between two companies for a 50 gallon tank for my 2014 RAM 3500 diesel pickup. Your videos were provided the best information for me to make a decision. Once I received the tank, the container was in pretty bad condition. After checking with customer service, it turns out several items were mission from the open accessory box. Your quick parts replacement was truly appreciated and now I'm waiting to have the tank replaced.

LONG time PDP customer
On Edit: Talked with Garrett and resolved all issues and misunderstandings. Very satisfied in how Garrett handled the situation and was even open ears to some suggestions I had. All in all, handled like a true owner who cares for his business and his customers. Props to the employees and Garrett, everything was handled professionally and that is very hard to find these days!
LONG time PDP customer. Been nothing but happy with buying things. But this was my first time ever needing to return something and the entire process is confusing and very complicated. The first page is nothing but rules, read those and understand what your allowed ti return. But there is never an explanation of the process and how it works. On top of that, communication took days to understand what to do next. At one point i looked at my account and it said "Awaiting customer return" so naturally I shipped it back to them just to find out 2 days later that i needed to do 2 separate things with each part. So i paid to ship a part to them to find out they wont accept it because i took a small sensor out of its box to then pay AGAIN to ship it back to myself. All in all pretty miserable experience

Your feedback is fair. Our return policy explains what can and cannot be returned, but we can see that we have not done a good enough job explaining what actually happens after a return request is submitted, what steps need to be completed, and when an item should be shipped. The “Awaiting Customer Return” status clearly added to the confusion in this case.
We’re reviewing and updating our return process so customers receive clearer step-by-step instructions, including where each item needs to go and whether approval or additional information is required before shipping anything back. We also need to improve the communication between those steps so customers aren’t left waiting days wondering what to do next.
We hate that it took an experience like yours to expose some of these problems, especially after you’ve trusted us with your business for so long. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and we are going to use this feedback to make the return process much easier and clearer going forward.

Great first up service, I made an error in our order and they understood and helped me adjust that. Took a while for my refund but did receive it and also package was slow to arrive just over 2 weeks once ordered but also arrived.
Would use company again though.
