Pure Diesel Power got my order in fast for a next day delivery. Unfortunately UPS dropped the ball and it got here in two days. I did get a partial refund on the shipping.

I found the part I wanted ( TPS delete kit for 98 ram with 12 valve ) placed it in my cart, went to select my shipping choice. Accepted the shipping cost. Placed the order, paid. The day before delivery I received an email from UPS stating that I need to pay an additional shipping charge again more than the part cost. Now I’m paying more than double in shipping than the part. Make sure you expect to pay shipping costs twice. They will NOT tell you about this or I would have NOT ordered from Pure Diesel Power. This is the only time I will be ripped off from Pure Diesel Power! Thank goodness I didn’t order the new turbo and injectors I have in my cart.

Hi, I understand why receiving a payment request from UPS after you’d already paid for shipping was frustrating. To be clear, Pure Diesel Power did not charge you a second shipping fee. The shipping amount you accepted at checkout is the only shipping charge we collected.
When an order crosses into Canada, duties and taxes may be assessed on import, and the carrier may charge a brokerage fee to process it. Those charges are separate from the cost of transporting the package and are collected by UPS, not by us. We explain this in our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy, though I understand the size of the UPS bill was still an unpleasant surprise.
If you send the UPS notice to customerservice@puredieselpower.com or call us at 715-254-1833, we’ll gladly help you review the charges and understand exactly what you’re being asked to pay.

Hi Joe, I’m sorry for the frustration. We checked your September 14 order: the shipping option selected was “3 Business Days or Less,” and we shipped it by UPS that same day. UPS marked the package delivered on September 16, two business days later.
We couldn’t find an earlier email or phone call from you in our records, but we’ve since reached out by phone and text to help.
