I doubt if at the time of leaving this review, this company still exists, as my current email to them keeps coming back as failure delivery, and I can't find the website anymore.

Please be warned, this is a scam company and do not order anything from them. I placed an order towards the end of March this year, and had a delivery mid May. The item received was of such poor quality, cheap material and badly stitched.

I made contact requesting a refund. Contacting them wasn't the easiest, as they take days to reply. I was offered a 10% refund to keep the dress. I had no interest in keeping the dress, and %10 of £54.90, was nothing, they proposed another %20 , that if I wish to return the dress, it will be at my expense. There were a few back and forth emails between us.

I insisted on a return slip to be issued, they didn't have one and instead provided an address in China. I went ahead to post out the dress, on the 29th of May, paying for a tracking service which cost me £23.50.

I kept tracking the postage, until it arrived at customs in China, and was later moved to the province with the supposed address, where I lost track. On the 19th of December, I had the parcel redelivered back to my home, stating the China address on the parcel does not exist.

I have tried emailing pure London on the same customer support email I had contacted them in the past, only to receive a failure delivery email sent back. Scam alert ! Stay clear of this company. I think they have now closed up shops due to numerous companies, and are operating under a different name.

the quality of the dresses on sale on this site is below market quality the beads arrive broken seems undone the material not fit for dish cloth and when you complain or want to return items it falls on death ears no replies to emails no contact route available save your money order elsewhere this is a disgusting company!

Unable to return as you have to return it to China under your own expenses which would cost you more than dress itself. Delivery was much longer as promised. Colour of the dress was completely different as described on the website. Horrible experience don’t purchase from them.

Want to return our order but they firstly offered us money off, then provided a partial address only after getting Amex involved. However, the couriers want a phone number for customs and Pure have refused to provide one. Re-raised the dispute with Amex but still nothing. Just wish someone had looked at Trustpilot before they ordered!

Has anyone contacted the banks to get their money back as it appears many have got scammed and lost their money. Despite about 10 emails they have only offered 15% money back and ignoring any messages now. There seems to be many with this same experience so we should expose them and get an investigation into this fraudulent ‘company’

Item took weeks to arrive, was very poor quality. You have to email to ask for a returns form, I repeatedly asked and eventually received an email today, 3 weeks later, saying I could return the item but it would typically cost me £40-60 to return it to China and it was at my own risk!! The item only cost £60 in the first place. Or I could take 15% refund and keep the item. This is obviously the only way they can make money.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS 'COMPANY' YOUR BUSINESS.
PS At time of writing this I have sent x4 emails and still not been sent the return form.
I work hard for my money and this is a complete disgrace of a company 😳

I have been attempting to contact this company for over a week to return the goods that I purchased. I have emailed multiple times for the 'returns form' and have sent messages via the 'contact us' option on the website. I have had no response at all, even though the company apparently 'responds within 24 hours'. The dresses were very different from the advertised products and I would like to return them within the '90-day money back guarantee' timeframe. I do not recommend buying anything from this company, they are a scam! If anyone has any idea how to report/raise this as a fraudulent company, please let me know.

If I could give zero stars , I would. I have had the same experience as others who have ordered from this company and am £80 down. I too thought I was ordering from a London based company This company are thieves. They tell you you can’t return goods as they have to go back to china and the price would be prohibitive. They offer you 15% refund, after a couple of strongly worded emails, they offered me 20% refund, now they have stopped replying to me. They should not be allowed to trade as they are literally stealing money off people.

No response to 3 emails asking for this. Now left with a terrible, cheap looking dress and no one will tell me how to return it.

I bought a dress from Pure London for a programme thinking it was a shop in the UK. Unlike its in the name, the product comes from China so can take upto 2 weeks for you to get it.
The material is cheap and light. I ordered a size a size 16 and the dress I received was a size 12.
I want one return it but it has to be returned to China at your own cost, which is fine. Then their small prints say they are not responsible if it gets lost in transit.
So ineffective, they can say they never got it and you loose both your money and the dress they sent you

I ordered two dresses for the price the Wurlitzer is not great , just checked bank statement and they have taken the cost twice from account. I’ve raised a dispute with them to get a refund , requested today do beware !!

I thought I was ordering a dress from a London based company but it arrived from China!
The quality of the dress is really poor and not true to size. It is very small and other than the colour, which is good, it is nothing like it was shown. Very poor and cheap material.
I have emailed them 5 times to ask for a refund but I've received no response.
I would not recommend at all.

Looked forward to receiving the 4 dresses ordered. Within 2 days they send me an email confirming it was send to me but it came from China which disappointed me as I thought I bought from a London based company. I expressed my concerns to them and they asked me to reserve judgement. Dresses arrived within 10 days which was great. The dresses are definitely not of the same quality as the pictures. But they are very good copies! So as I only paid £50 something for each, one cannot expect a dress of £250.
So definitely worth purchasing but lower your expectations, would be great if they lined the dresses and spend a bit more time on the finishing touches but nothing a bit of wonder web can’t solve.
Quick delivery, beautiful colours and definitely worth the money paid but just for you to know, it comes from China.
But to be fair, a great copy of the picture shown.
