I’m super skeptical of the excursions being sold on the resorts in the Dominican but WOW. Punta Cana Adventures has restored my confidence in booking excursions. I did the salto el Limón and Cayo Levantado tour and the saona islands tour. Both were so much fun. I felt incredibly safe the entire time, the guides were super attentive, and the natural scenery was stunning. The one thing I’d suggest is packing a dry change of clothes to keep on the bus, the rain there is so on and off you can get soaked before getting back into the bus for the two hour ride lmao. Other than that, we really enjoyed our time. The lunches included in both days were quite copious and tasted way better than I expected. Would definitely use Punta Cana Adventures again during my next trip!

The customer service provided was excellent. I work in customer service as well, so I always appreciate it when it is done correctly, and Punta Cana Adventures did not dissapoint in that department. I came to Punta Cana with my wife for our honeymoon and planned a few excursions through this company. Hurricane Fiona came through the area that same week which canceled most of our excursions (which was totally understandable). Throughout the week, the customer service team kept in constant contact with me, answering any questions that I had very quickly. They offered to reschedule our canceled excursions or refund us for the excursions we did not go on. We would have rescheduled, but we were leaving to go back home, so we decided to get a refund. I'm sure there were so many other people that this company had to reimburse or refund throughout the week too. And I know the staff had to deal with the aftermath of the hurricane in their personal lives as well. Despite all of this, they were always so kind to talk to, and responded very quickly. I definitely recommend booking with them as they go above and beyond to make sure your trip goes well. Thank you for helping make our honeymoon a safe and fun experience!!!

Used this company while on holiday we booked 3 tours .Very professional service they arrived on time at our hotel and had 3 amazing days out .Great fun good hosts and well worth the money… definitely will use again. Also a choice of payment method, buy now and reserve to pay later ,we thought was a great idea .

Honestly I usually book with tui or hotel, it was so much better booking with local companies as well as being cheaper and obviously giving money to the local people instead of big companies, the trips we managed to go on with this company were amazing. From booking to pick up and drop off I had communication with modesto he was so lovely and couldn’t do enough for me and my partner. I would 100% reccomend Punta cana adventures if your coming to Dominican. I was skeptical who to book with and not wanting to be scammed and loose my money I researched a few local companies and so glad with my choice. Amazing tour guides and spoke so many different languages very good company!

I highly recommend Punta Cana adventures to anyone visiting the DR. Modesto was our concierge and he provided white glove service the entire week we were in town, going above and beyond to be accommodating and compassionate when we experienced some unexpected troubles with an injury. Modesto also introduced us to a wonderful driver, Frank, who made himself available to us 24/7 for anywhere we needed to travel by car. Don't use any other tour and excursion company in PR. It does not get better then Punta Cana Adventures.

We spent more time riding through the trees to the beach then at the beach. We might have been on the beach for 500 yards and stopped for maybe 5 minutes not even enough time to take in the scenery or get pictures.

I had a great experience booking our excursions with Punta Cana Adventures. They made everything so simple and were always available when I needed on chat. Alex went above and beyond to help me with my concerns. Will definitely book through this service next time we are in Punta Cana.

In my experience, I like to pay for everything before we go on a trip. The last time I went on a trip was 10 years ago for our honeymoon. I wanted this to be a very special vacation for me and my family. I do alot of research online and I came across Punta Cana Adventures. I was looking through their excursions and I had some questions regarding the adventures. Modesto and his brother Geanny were very helpful in answering my questions and targeting the excursions that were age appropriate for my children ages 9 and 14. The wonderful customer service didn't end there. They sent me a 10 percent off code. When I booked my excursions, I saved 150 USD. I have a family of four and booked four excursions. When we arrived at Punta Cana, I called Modesto at Punta Cana Adventures and he was so polite and told me what to expect with each excursion and what to bring (extra money for souvenirs, sunscreen for outdoor activities). The transportation to the excursions was prompt, friendly, and reliable. We booked the Saona Island Excursion, Monkeyland Excursion, Horseback Riding Excursion and Dolphin Excursion and Airport Transfers. We Loved them all. Punta Cana Adventures is a Number One Tourist Excursion Company in Punta Cana. Excellent Customer Service, Great Knowledge of Excursions, Discount on Excursions, Most of all Friendly, Honest and Polite. Excelente, el servicio fue de primera, la pasamos muy bien, el personal de la embarcación estuvo pendiente en todo momento para atendernos, súper recomendable.

El mejor servicio, hicimos todo desde USA. Contactamos la página y de ahí el señor Modesto se contacto conmigo por Whatsapp. Éramos un grupo grande de 21 personas que queríamos ir a la Isla Saona. Nos ofreció un bote privado con el tour todo privado para nuestro grupo. El método de pago súper conveniente, nos mandaron varios links para que cada familia pagara su parte. La verdad que todos quedamos muy contentos con todo el servicio. El bus que nos recogió súper cómodo y bonito, el bote grande y todo impecable. Todo el tour fue hermoso. Mil gracias a punta cana adventures por su excelente servicio.

Best time ever. The staff was amazing. Took care of all you need from A to Z. We stopped at a rest stop and beat service ever. Gave history of the country which was appreciated while riding the bud. Give them a shot for sure. I will next time Im back
