I cannot speak highly enough of Punta Cana Adventures and particularly Modesto. It was our first ever visit to Punta Cana and we wanted to experience as much as possible. Although there was a tour operator in our hotel lobby we opted to use Modesto and his team. It was the right decision. We booked ALL our activities through them. They were attentive, professional, punctual, patient (especially with some last minute requests!!) and above all had a sense of humour. Their service ensured we had the most amazing experiences. We are planning to return and will definitely use Modesto and his team again. We have been telling all family and friends about them and they all plan to use Punta Cana Adventures if and when they visit Dominican Republic. Thank you again PCA for an amazing and memorable holiday!!!

Saona Island Day Trip From Punta Cana with Lunch and Open Bar and Triple Jungle Adventure Park was good. I am very disappointed with their Parasailing acitvity. They said the Parasaling will be for 12 minutes and will give us a speed boat for ourselves to explore and go around, instead the Parasailing was only for 4 minutes and they did not provide any speed boat. Even the Buddy ride was 1/2 hour, not for 4 hours as they mention on their website. Saona Island trip was the best.

Gianni and his team run things like true professionals — perfect organization, positive energy, and genuine hospitality. You can tell this is a business built on passion and discipline, not just tourism.
The Four Wheeler tour was 🔥 from start to finish. Safety, vibe, and views — everything was on point.
If you want a real local experience with zero stress and a crew that treats you like family, this is where you book.

Even though the weather was terrible, I enjoyed the resort, the workers were friendly and the room was comfortable. The only concern; I did not get my room cleaned everyday and it was an issue with getting the bar in our room replenished. I reported it to Jean-Claude immediately and he took care of it. Jean-Claude made sure we were informed everyday of the resorts events. Nice touch to have a buttler.

The staff on our cruise was great. Interacted with all of us and made sure we had a great time. The chef, bartenders. Life guards and captain of the boat was totally awesome. Keep up the good work.

The reservation process was easy. Communication was good. Location was easy to find and experience was great! 10/10 recommend.

Our experience on this trip was great! The staff from pick up at our hotel, through the excursion and the return was very professional, fun and entertaining.

The tour was great. Lunch was delicious and was served promptly. There were some technical difficulties with the boat but these were handled promptly. I appreciated the clear and prompt communication from the tour company. The continuous seeking of tips was a bit tedious.

I booked an excursion and then sent an email right afterwards saying I did not want the excursion as it appeared to be twice the price. They are charging me 20% surcharge even though the webpage said free cancellation! Since the original mishap the company worked with me to reschedule an excursion. Be careful when clicking on links. Apparently the link I thought I clicked on took me to a different excursion.

Jean helping me out when I had trouble during checkout was a god send. I mean, the trip to Saona island was seriously overwhelming but had Jean had not helped us out we would have missed all of it.

There are trips… and then there are experiences that stay with your soul forever. Our day at Scape Park was one of those. It wasn’t just the adrenaline, the caves, the waterfalls—it was the laughter, the wide-eyed wonder, and the memories we made together.

From the moment we stepped onto the Cenote Trail, hand in hand, surrounded by the lush jungle sounds and swaying trees, there was this peaceful reminder: we were exactly where we needed to be. The kids lit up at every new turn—hanging bridges, hidden waterfalls, and the magical Blue Hole that felt like stepping into a dream.

We shared first-time thrills—Tony and I watching the kids conquer the Zip Line Eco Splash, flying high and fearless through water cannons and cascades. Their joy was contagious. And when it was our turn? We cheered each other on like kids again.

💧 The splash zones and water hammocks had us all laughing until our cheeks hurt. That kind of joy—the free, pure, unfiltered kind—is everything.

💬 During the Cultural Route, we slowed down. We reflected on history, on roots, on the beauty of stories passed down. It was grounding and humbling—especially sharing that moment as a family.

🕯️ Inside the caves, in that cool, quiet space, I took a breath and looked around: Tony, the kids, all of us together. Grateful. Awed. Present.

We we're picked up promptly at our pick up time and it was about an hour to the riding location. The horses were lovely and responsive and our guides we're super helpful. High Recommend if staying in Punta Cana!

From the moment we decided to book with Punta Cana Adventures, we were excited! But we did face some challenges during online booking. As a long-time Affirm customer, I really value having the option to finance my vacation adventures—it allows us to enjoy the moment without financial stress. Unfortunately, Affirm was not available during checkout, which caused a lot of back and forth.

My partner and I kept trying, but Affirm wouldn’t load—it only showed other payment methods like Klarna or credit cards. We were in Punta Cana, so we expected that the site would work internationally, 24/7/365. It was frustrating and not a seamless experience.

However, I want to give a big shout-out to Jean, who did not give up on us. He stayed in constant communication, tried multiple ways to help us, and finally got Affirm to appear as an option. His persistence and customer service truly stood out—it’s rare to see that kind of dedication!

🛠️ Suggestions for Improvement:

Involve IT support to fix the recurring issue with Affirm not showing up at checkout.

Ensure global accessibility of payment options—especially for loyal customers using financing platforms like Affirm.

Improve the website speed and responsiveness. It was slow and laggy, not due to WiFi, but the site itself.

Conduct routine functionality reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to make sure everything from excursion browsing to payment works smoothly.

🌴 Once we got to the adventure itself — everything changed. It was AMAZING! The Off-Road Dune Buggies were a blast, and the highlight was definitely the Cenote Cave. It was like a hidden underground club—music pumping, a cool atmosphere, and something truly unique to experience. It was a powerful reminder to appreciate life—we saw parts of the island where people live with so little, and it made us grateful for what we have.

👥 The team made it special by being organized, patient, and enthusiastic from the start. They gave clear instructions, ensured safety, and made sure everyone was having fun.

📌 Overall:

Booking: Needs improvement (especially Affirm and website functionality).

Adventure: Incredible, fun, eye-opening, and unforgettable.

We had an absolutely amazing time on the Saona Island day trip with Punta Cana Adventures! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Our guide was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable, making sure everyone felt comfortable and had fun throughout the day.

The catamaran ride was a highlight – great music, dancing, and an open bar that added to the festive Caribbean vibe. Saona Island itself is breathtaking – white sandy beaches, crystal-clear turquoise water, and stunning natural beauty. The lunch on the beach was delicious and plentiful, with something for everyone.

We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Punta Cana. Thank you, Punta Cana Adventures, for an unforgettable experience!

Wonderful all around time with great staff!!

My wife and I had an amazing time on the ATV Triple Adventure. The thrill of riding through the mountains and down to the river was unforgettable—and sipping fresh, natural coconut water along the way was the perfect touch. Communication and customer service were excellent, with timely updates throughout. While the transportation logistics could be improved—we did experience some delays waiting for other adventurers—it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend this adventure to others looking for an exciting outdoor escape.

Great time on this excursion! Snorkeling and lunch after the dolphin and shark swim! Drinks and a nice boat ride.

Everyone was lovely people people, I really enjoyed it, has been on my bucket list to do this activity, thanks alot, highly recommended

Fun, Interesting and Educational. If there were a few more rum options, and snacks included. But the host was excellent.
