Brilliant experience
Brilliant experience from first booking to the initial event. The team were prompt when I made the booking and on the day the driver called us beforehand to let us know where he would be parked and everything ran smoothly. Excellent company and I would not hesitate to book again.

Great Service!!
We booked a mini bus for a corporate event for Cheltenham for a group of 34 guests.
Before travel they contacted us to let us know we had been booked a corporate bus, driver details etc., checked if they could park and pick up guests at the pick up point and if not accessible they found an alternative without too much hassle for the guests.
On the day we were sent an email to say mini-bus was on its way with a link to a tracker so that we could monitor its arrival.
Driver was friendly and arrived early!
Thank you so much for making this an excellent, informative, friendly and efficient service - will definitely be booking again for any future events!

Great Service and made you feel assured
We booked our coach for travel from Derbyshire to huddersfield for our girls football cup final.
The service provided before travel was very organised, they confirmed the booking, and we got confirmation immediately, they contacted me 5 days before travel and then the coach company called me the day before to go through details.
The coach arrived on time, was a very clean coach and the driver was friendly and careful, which made us feel comfortable especially with having lots of children on board. We had a lovely drive back as well and can not fault the coach or the service in which proximity coach travel provided, we definitely will use again in the future, thank you.

I am sorry that you have had a poor experience. We are aware of your breakdown and also aware of the fact that the group were recovered, safely.
We have asked our supplier for their response to your other issues highlighted and will liaise with the travel booker to resolve.
There are mitigating circumstances regarding the collection of your group, particularly around the timings but as our contract is with the travel booker, we will discuss this with him off line.
We rely heavily on our supply chain network, so it is important that we embrace feedback, both good and bad. This will be investigated in full and once again huge apologies for the breakdown inconvenience.

We booked a 52 seater coach for a…
We booked a 52 seater coach for a competition down in Cardiff (from Coventry). The coach arrived in plenty of time prior to departure and the Driver took control of the whole trip, making announcements on the way. On the way back the driver gave time shout outs for how long left which were helpful to get messages to parents for pick up. We will use again for our next away meet.

Great experience.
We used Proximity Coach Travel for a business trip (minibus service) and were very pleased with our experience. Quick service, patience and good communication in the booking phase. The travel itself went very smoothly with a friendly and flexible driver who got us to our destination both safe and on time. The Mercedes minibus provided was very comfortable.
Would highly recommend other companies to make use of Proximity for their travel needs in Scotland.
