We are from Tsinghua University, China and had a study trip in London and Cambridge, luckily we had proximity coach for the 5 days in the UK. Very professional and great services.

What a fantastic limo like double decker we had..amazing! We travelled in comfort & had the best driver ever..Jamie Brown was an absolute lovely, friendly guy.. would highly recommend this company & if you’re lucky enough to get our driver, what a smooth fun outing you will have. 10/10

I trusted Proximity Coach Travel to arrange the coach to take guests to and from my daughter’s wedding in Yorkshire. Matt and his team were absolutely fabulous throughout the whole process, guiding and advising, and always available when a query or concern arose. This reassurance was most welcome, and was truly personal service. I would have no hesitation is recommending them.

We hired a coach to take our wedding party between 3 venues, starting at the chapel, moving to a cocktail cafe and then on to the restaurant. It was 23 December so a busy time of year. It was also complicated in that it was impossible to park directly outside each place. Our driver, Aaron was brilliant and kept in touch with us when we needed it and enabled us to have a perfect day with no worries. The coach was new and very comfortable. They really helped our day to go well.

We booked a coach through this company and were seriously impressed! The bus was spotless, modern and very comfortable. Our driver looked smart, was friendly and kept us updated with his whereabouts throughout the trip, which we really appreciated. Excellent service from start to finish. I would highly recommend!

The whole experience was very enjoyable. It was for a university rugby and netball team and everyone who went said they had a great time. The planning process was well communicated with the company who helped us with times and prices which aided the day to run smoothly. The driver of the coach was excellent and really enhanced our experience. We would definitely use this company again.

We had a fantastic experience travelling to Newcastle for the Burnley FC game. Excellent communication prior to the day with confirmation of timings and meeting points. Fantastic facilities , true VIP travel experience but more importantly Matt was caring, friendly and constantly checking in on us making sure we were looked after and having a great day .

Absolutely superb from start to finish! Matt was an incredible host on our away to trip to Newcastle and also prior to booking a liasing with Proximity Coach Travel.
The coaches facilities were amazing and I really cannot fault anything about our trip minus the scoreline!
We normally drive to away games, however after experiencing this journey we'd love to travel in this VIP style to each away game!

Would highly recommend this company. Took our choir to Nec Birmingham. Everything was so easy to organise and the office staff are lovely. Communication was great and our driver Bash was so lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

After scouring the internet for several Coach Companies, and making several calls and i really mean several calls and checks, we sucessfully came across Proximity Coach Travel, and after doing searches on this Company was almost satisfied. It was finally after speaking with Kath and Matthew that we became more reasured. And finally we can not forget Astrid and Jackie who handled the Booking in a very Professional and pleasant manner. Although we did not personally travel in the Coach from London to Birmingham, and back from Birmingham to London, the passengers were happy especially with the quick return back to London. We would use Proximity Coach Travel again and highly recommend to anyone, so on behalf of myself Mr Nel, and Mary we thank you and look forward to using your service again.

While in the end I was unable to use their services (our trip was cancelled), it was great working with Proximity every step of the way. From quickly sending over an original quote to initiating a planning phone call to confirm all trip details, Proximity's staff was attentive and clear in communication. I would definitely work with them again!

I’d give it a 10 rated if I could. Steve the driver was an absolute legend getting us to a football match and back, such a sound bloke. Booking the trip was dead easy and efficient will definitely be using in the future!

I wanted to extend my deepest thanks for the outstanding support you provided during our unexpected travel disruption due to poor weather in Iceland. When our flight was cancelled and we were rerouted to Edinburgh instead of London, your team—especially Matt—stepped in with calm, kindness, and professionalism.
