I like the product. Shipping. Packaging was very good. I like the way it operates

I orderd 3 colors, and received3 black ones, all the same.

It’s not up to my expectation. I thought it was better than that.

The items were not received in a timely manner. In addition the sizing is off according to what the site recommends.

There is no lining which I don’t like. If fits okay.

Customer support is awesome!!! All my products came in great condition and am very pleased! Great company!

I haven’t used the hat yet but it seems to be what I need for a trip we will be taking. It took a long time to arrive but I got a few updates.

Worst exchange policy I’ve ever had to deal with. Ultimately they offered me $4 just to keep my purchases. Helloooo? They don’t fit and I’d like to exchange them for something that does.

It was difficult to track, because the tracking number wouldn't show updates and I didn't want to add another tracking app to my phone.
It took quite a while to get here.

The glasses are nice I love them but on of my lenses came out asa I put them on.

To be quite frank, the quality isn't quite what I was expecting. And this thing you call a sheath, is basically useless. The one thing that is handy, is the blade guard, but it won't let the knife stick to my magnetic knife holders with the blade guard in place. Which, makes that basically useless. I wasn't as impressed by how good the handle felt in my hand as it seemed to be in your advertising so I think it's probably needing some improvements yet.

I am not used to wearing an underwire so it is a bit uncomfortable.

The knife to forever to arrive and it does not cut any where as well as advertised

Like material. Thought it would be looser. Price if 39.98 for 2 became $91.00 with exchange. Shipping & a tax rate of about 30/40 % that I’ll never understand
